Eye surgery avoiding queues
Panic stricken and needing cataract operation urgently. NHS could only offer 9-12 months on their waiting list.
Incredibly saw StopWaiting on Facebook and immediately contacted them (in fear and trepidation in case this was a scam).
They are Incredible. From my initial contact/payment until l walked out cataract free took just over one week. Amazing team, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful - 100%, recommend. All done on NHS but at a private hospital. StopWaiting to get things moving - please end your endless wait for an op.

They do what they say
They do what they say. My MIL was on a massive nhs waiting list for a new hip. They helped us get her hip done in 5 weeks, treated in a private hospital with it paid for by the nhs. Just amazing and staggered that it was all so easy. Thank you so much.

Their customer support is great
Stopwaiting have tried to be as helpful as possible but when your medical records are incorrect and your GP won’t give you the time of day to correct them, it just grinds you down. I can’t really give them the one star review I gave them initially. I’ve seen other good reviews on here so obviously they are helping people and doing something right.

Our address at 167–169 Great Portland Street is a legitimate and commonly used office for UK businesses — not a hotel, but an office and we operate fully within UK business regulations. The Grosvenor Hotel is on Mayfair, though it isn't too far - but certainly couldn't afford to work from there! This is all verifiable by anybody using google (correctly), and demonstrably untrue.

A brilliant service that really helped my mum

Great, Informative Service
Great, informative service - we enquired on behalf of my Mum, facing a long wait for an appointment via the NHS. Stop Waiting found three NHS options within an 8 week timescale, within an easily commutable distance, and also 3 further private options on our doorstep.
