John M and Kathy O at Stone Tile Depot made our day here at Reinforcements Inc. We are a nonprofit organization that restores the homes of military veterans and Gold Star spouses. We placed an order for a small batch of tiles last week and had paid for the tiles and shipping. After hearing about our mission, the good folks at Stone Tile Depot donated the entire order. Wow! Thank you!

I ordered five samples. I received two of them. I sent an email to my sales representative, asking when my other three samples will arrive. He said he showed that they were all delivered to my house. I told him that there were only two samples in the box and I'm still waiting for three.
After still not hearing anything from him, I called and spoke with another rep, who said that the shipping manager was looking into it. I never, ever received another word or my samples. I sent an email asking for my shipping feedback. Haven't heard a thing.

Stone Tile Depot has a great selection of terracotta tile where this material is not prevalent in the Washington, DC area. They are knowledgeable and were helpful in multiple tile projects in my home.

Matt was a great help in getting my tile from another warehouse. He helped with a sample tile so I could be sure the colors were correct. Matt also coordinated an early pick up time for me which made a huge difference in the whole process.
