Title: Disappointed – Overpriced and Lacks Durability

Bought a StoneStream shower head and honestly, I’m not that impressed.

Price: Overpriced for what you get. There are similar products available at half the cost.

Delivery: 7–14 working days is far too long these days. Everyone deserves a decent shower without a 2-week wait.

Product Quality: Mine fell from its mount and broke instantly. Tried fixing it, but it’s plastic – not repairable. This tells me it’s not built for long-term use.

Overall Value: Doesn’t offer the quality, durability, or price I expected. I’ll be switching to a more reliable and better-built brand.

StoneStream needs to seriously rethink pricing and quality if they want to stay competitive. Would I buy again? No.

Poor customer service, asked to return an item and met with email after email asking for information whihc they could have asked for in one email. Every time you email they take 2 days to respond, delay delay.

I bought a shower head that was too top heavy for my shower. I wanted to exchangeit for another one I had before. They gave me the run a round for two weeks. I still don't have a shower head that works. Spent the money with no satisfaction. They kept sending me one question emails. Did you do this, did you do that. The shower head didn't work out and I simply wanted to exchange it. This company is real bad at wasting my time. No customer service with this company. I still need a shower head. Going elsewhere. Lost my money on this one.

Most of the order was wrong the shower filter doesn't even fit the the shower hose that came with it.so most of it is damaged now after trying and trying including my actual shower!!!
I have sent them an email a week ago asking for a redelivery without faulty products or a full refund yet I have heard nothing!!!!???

I purchased a Stone Stream shower head which they claimed will fit any shower hose. Guess what? It was too big for mine. So I wanted to return it got a refund. This item was sent by a third-party company called Kera Fiber which provided a number for their customer service team. I called them and they appeared to be clueless about this transaction although the invoice describing the item came from them. The gave me a RAC No (Returns Authorisation Code) but appeared to be unsure of the refund and suggested that I also contact Stone Stream which I did and I have yet to hear back from them.

It’s a real shame. The heads and filters work well and I’ve bought a couple. All good. However, this time I need a refund and customer services are abysmal. First ignored, then contacted, I kept having to go back to them to be told the same. I judge a company by its customer support when needed and this was very poor (I never did get the refund). They lost me as a customer.

Awful do not purchase one of these as they will keep costing you for stones in the future. The heads are very poorly made they keep breaking as in the jet stream setting gets clogged up after only a few uses and makes the water comes out burning hot and burns you even on the coolest setting on your shower. A complete waste of money do not buy

If I could give it no stars I would. Appalling customer service. I ordered this item 4 weeks ago and still havent recieved my item. royal mail the first time said they didnt have my item when i went to the depot to pick up with my card that they posted through the door. second attempt they redelivered to a different address 300 miles away. the company are based in delaware USA avoid them like the plague and still waiting to get a refund.

Not just a pointless and mis-advertised product. It doesn’t do what it advertises and my old shower head produces a better flow than this. But also the most empty promises from the robots at customer services.

I have been told 3 times I would get a refund, have escalated using resolver and STILL this dishonest company have not returned my money. Just avoid them like the plague!

This product plays with the temp pressure valve to the point my shower was switching hot to cold.
Didn't make a difference with water pressure at all.
I feel mis sold.
Upon Trying to contact I never received a reply.. I get the impression they are unable to take responsibility. Marketing is on point as this product can be bought direct from China for a 5th of the price.
£30 of plastic now in the recycling bin.

It's ok, but the claims are over stated. It doesn't really increase pressure all it does is push the water through smaller than normal holes. The result is that the water droplets are a lot smaller and therefore the water cools quicker meaning you have to turn the heat setting up higher to achieve the temperature of a normal shower. So in summary you get what feels like softer water but will cost you more as you have to turn shower element setting higher. Overall not worth it.

It really made a hell of a difference. I had seen ads for a while and thought that the claims were exaggerated but then I finally bought one because my old showerhead was clogged because of hard water. I've now owned a stonestream showerhead for about 3 months and I can vouch that the pressure is much higher and that the holes do not get clogged as easily as my previous shower.

I bought one of their shower heads and then tested the water for water hardness using a professional testing kit. It made ZERO difference to water hardness (levels of lime scale), so their claims in this respect are completely fraudulent. As far as the other claims go, we’ll there is no way to test them, so I guess I can’t comment. So, no I won’t spend £20 every 6 months for the rest of my life to pay for replacement stones that don’t do the thing I specifically bought them to do.

Was very disappointed with results didn’t make a difference to the shower at all. Will probably make a really bad shower slightly better but will not make an ok shower better in my opinion. Hands up to the guy/girl who invented it though turning a single purchase product into a yearly cost replacing the stones haha

I bought this product and the flow was very poor compared to my previous showerhead and I contacted the company.
They asked me to remove 30% of the stones and to try it again and to send in videos comparing the flow of the two heads. I had already sent them pictures comparing the flow.
The response was that they would send a replacement and not a refund as it was over 30 days (30th October delivery, final email 30th December). There is no point in a replacement to have the same flow problems again.
Poor service, making you jump through hoops to prove the ineffectiveness of the product and then not offering a refund.
If you decide to buy this product make sure you try within the 30 days, or else you may be stuck with a piece of useless plastic.

Rubbish product - actually broke my power shower. To ages to deliver. Not convinced it’s not some dodgy site.
