Found Stolen Goat website by accident via Facebook. Loved the items and placed an order there and then. Love the cycle tops and great style and value. Superb and prompt service and prompt returns service. Would definately use them again.

Goats floats my boat
Order four jerseys from Stolen Goats and they arrived the following day. Great comms from Tim throughout the transaction. E-mails responded to within minutes out of hours. Items are top notch and original. Far better then the mass produced jerseys from the big retailers. Will shop again with them without fail and would defently recommend. Top service Stolen Goat.

Superb service, extremely helpful and quick reply to the questions I had before I placed my first order. The jersey is a great fit and excellent quality. Delivery was quick, well packaged and there were surprise sweets! I couldn't have asked for a better experience ordering from Stolen Goat and will not hesitate to order from them again or to recommend them to anybody else :-)

Quality all around retro style
Such a great find for me, love the retro styles and the pink floyd jersey is next on the hit list.. The service is top rate, great communication, and hell the item I ordered was with me within 2days. Enough said I think. Well done stolen goat.

Wrong size sent required size then sold out
I ordered a retro cycle jersey in a size XXL (the website stated that they had one left in stock) but when the order arrived, and it did arrive quickly, it was a size XL. Went on site to see if they still had any XXLs left but alas all gone.
My original order email when I placed the order from Stolen Goat clealry stated that a XXL had been ordered. Not sure if it was a genuine mistake, or they had ran out of XXLs and were chancing it with an XL, or the sizing was incorrect on their website.
The returns process was okay, but as the mistake was on their part I do not think I should have been liable for the cost of the returns.

Hi Steve, first of all thanks for your order and sincere apologies again for our mistake.
As a small startup we are very much not in the business of "chancing it". We are run by a very small team of human beings and so unfortunately mistakes do happen occasionally. We are working to iron these out as quickly as possible. 9.6 times out of 10 we nail it, sometimes we make a mistake.
As per our returns policy - we are more than happy to refund your postage... just let us know how much it was and we will refund you.
To clarify what occurred... there was one XXL left, you ordered it so that number went to zero. Hence why you saw we were sold out when you went back to the site. But since we sent you the wrong item there should still be 1 left. Hence why I asked you if you would like us to send you the correct one out. You insisted on a refund so that's what I did.
Regardless, sorry for the initial mistake. I hope it hasn't put you off using stolen goat again someday. Many thanks for your order.
