St. Lucia Sea Moss® Omdömen

I have ordered small 35$ sea moss orders from this company since 2023. I attempted to order a large batch of purple sea moss on Aug 3rd 2026. It is September 14th 2026 and I have not received my order yet. I have emailed them and no one has responded to my multiple emails. I have called them at 1.758.719.4700 just to get the run around. first it was because the machine that process the sea moss powder was down, the last communication was " oh let me send you the tracking" but never sent the tracking number. I must say that I feel the company is not dependable any longer. Stripe verifies my order- We found your charge: $194.90 charge on August 3rd, 2026. You were charged by:
Piton Moss
and encouraged me to reach out to Piton Moss directly with any questions.
I will be now filing a dispute with my bank as of 9-14-26. CUSTOMER WARNING BEWARE of this company is engaged if customer deception. They will keep stinging you along but really never intends to deliver large orders.

Absolutely loved this company and always ordered my sea moss and shilajit from here. However I have had an issue with my order and needed to rectify it immediately. Have emailed both email addresses provided on the website and social media sites, and haven't had a response within the promised time. Now my package has gone to my old address and they haven't even bothered responding to my email. Which has now caused me major stress as I now have to chase other channels to try and get my package to my new residence. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I've tried seamoss from one other company and it smelt really bad. I went for this company after seeing reviews on trustpilot and have noticed a real difference with the sea moss. It has a very slight smell of ocean so I can tell its great quality. Very pleased with overall product and service

Fast delivery! seamoss gels excellently, tastes delicious, happy with my purchases.

I finally received my order after almost a month. Disappointed and disgusted with the lack of basic customer service and seeing that it’s farm-grown (and heavily salted) sea moss. This was a waste of time, energy and money.

Do NOT buy from these people! This is not wild-crafted sea moss!!! If you’ve ever had the real thing, you know the difference (smells ocean like, sea salt taste not kitchen salt like this, maybe a few shells or ocean debris too - try googling more differences). This is farm raised and nowhere near the quality of wild-crafted.

Yes, I’m positive that I have the correct company.

High quality Sea Moss. I am starting to be more energetic. Thank you.

Good service, good quality. Thank you🥰

The service is good

Slight delay, expected thou over the xmas season. But great ovetall service and product!

It has only been a few days of re taking seamoss so i am yet to feel & see a difference but i am glad my order came in one piece & on time

We have been taking seamoss for a while now, and are very happy with the quality and service we received. Thank you

For the past five years, I've incorporated sea moss into my routine, and it's made a remarkable impact on my mental health, boosting my energy levels and providing a range of health advantages that keep colds at bay. The benefits have been so impressive that I introduced my husband to the capsules two years ago. I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try. Incredible!

I regularly order my sea moss from here, it always comes packaged securely, it does as stated great for all health conditions. I may need to sign up to the subscription model as 1 jar no longer survives in my household for longer than 3 weeks as everyone is now using it.

I’m still trying to figure out if it’s actually helping.

Great product, could do with a use by date

The sea moss was delivered in a good time and in packaging that is lasting well. This made more sense to get this amount of sea moss so I stopped having to buy constantly every week.

St Lucia seamoss, professional, efficient with a range of natural products which I soon feel the benefits from. I have tried other brands but this is definitely one of the better ones.

Excellent product
