Awesome customer service and support
I purchased a BOM that was for Dec 2025. I saw the size was smaller than I wanted, so I called to inquire about purchasing more fabric so I could enlarge it.
Customer service was awesome and gave me the fabric line name so I could get more fabric. Since the backing was included in price I also requested more when that time came. They said they would send me more so I could make it a king size. I’m so looking forward to making this quilt!!

There were several mix ups in my order
There were several mix ups in my order. To be fair I have done a BOM and experienced zero issues and was super happy. This time I was ordering one yard cuts of several different fabrics. I was called and offered substitutions of two different fabrics and was happy (at this point def getting my favorite of the 6 or 7 picks. There was a long delay for shipping which was no big deal but when I received a refund for the fabric I most wanted I called to find out what was going on. Apparently they had the other fabric but were out of the fabric I wanted the most. While trying to figure out the mix up I even asked if there were any fat quarters of the fabric I really wanted. The person I spoke with said she would find out for sure and let me know (but hours later my order shipped and clearly they had not taken the time they stated they would to find out if there were even some fat quarters of what I wanted). I don’t understand if alt all. Maybe next time I won’t get attached to any of the fabric I order.

lack of materials
I have not received the materials for the second block for the Gingerbread House BOM. The first block had great instructions and I was pleased with the outcome.

The pattern is beautiful and can't wait to make it. It took a couple of days to get my digital download, but you can blame mother nature for that. They were unable to get to work to upload it, once they did I received it. Love it
