Founded by a US Navy Veteran in 1987 as a waterbed manufacture, Sterling has expanded to offer lines of Innerspring and Latex mattresses featuring interchangeable parts that allow you to extend the usable service life of your mattress from the standard 8-10 year, to 15-20 years and beyond by offering replaceable parts. This practice was held by the EPA to be a waste reducing practice as it prevents millions of mattresses from going to the dump. We pride ourselves on customer service, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and on time delivery. We are FDA Class 1 Certified and HubZone Certified by the Small Business Administration. We are, first and foremost a small business. We may be under new ownership, but our main principles are the same. We will answer all calls during our normal business hours as quickly as we can. If we miss your call, we will call you back. We return urgent calls and email inquiries during weekends and holidays as quickly as possible, even when our office is closed. We are here to support you and our products. Aside from our web chat system that provides answers to common questions, you will not get AI responces from us. Web chat, email all go striaght to a person. Phone calls have a very simple phone tree, and you get a person 95% of the time. Missed calls are returned. We are more than happy to help you make educated decisions. Buying a mattress is incredibly important, and we want to make sure you understand what you are getting into with us. We do not have time limits on calls, and we are happy to answer "Dumb" questions if it helps you make a decision. Worked with me to resolve an issue with great outcome
Had an issue with zip on top cover to the mattress. Worked with me to resolve it in an extremely fair manner despite it was out of warrantry.
As far as I am concerned this is simply the best mattress money can buy. Because of its modular design it can literally last a lifetime and adjust to your needs through the years. All parts are replaceable so you never have to buy a new mattress. It is also makes it adaptable to firmness and feel. Additionally, due to its upper compartment, if you what a different topper, which I do not, so long as it is not thicker than 3 inches, you can use anyone that fits your needs. It is also extremely well made. Given, other than the shell, it is all syntheticfoam, bugs are never an issue. and the top cover options can either be zipped off, put in the washer or dry cleaned.

Getting my new mattresses was an exceptional experience with Sterling.
Everyone at Sterling was so helpful getting me new twin waterbed mattresses. They arrived in a few days. The previous mattress, I had from Sterling lasted 20 years. It was time for new ones. I highly recommend Sterling.

Excellent Service
We needed new bladders and a liner. The guys shipped it out that day. It arrived the day after New Year's ! Very responsive. Excellent quality. Our Stirling bed will probably last another 20 years.

Excellent products and service
Excellent products and service. Anton was great and made sure to take care of me as a customer and made me feel valued to buy two new waterbeds. I replaced the last set of waterbeds, one for me and one for my mom. We had them for 10 years. The waterbeds are great and we love them. Thanks for everything and we plan to buy again in the future.

Solid, customer and product-quality oriented company
Website had what we wanted-even though we originally bought the bed 24yrs ago!
The skirt we bought (that zips to the topper) fit perfectly.
We were even called and emailed to confirm that the product ordered was the part needed just in case I ordered the wrong part.
Shows they are a very solid, lasting company that cares about its customers and stands behind their product.
