The course with Trenton was great - very interactive, educational and practical. Trenton is a brilliant coach who ran the whole course exceptionally. Would definitely recommend to other colleagues and agencies.

Across every topic that Trenton presented we've seen team confidence improve, with some particularly strong gains in adapting communication styles, managing difficult conversations and building long-lasting relationships. It's especially pleasing that we have seen the biggest improvements in areas that some of the team often find the most challenging, such as conflict, resilience and understanding different communication styles.
Overall, we loved the programme. The fortnightly structure worked well, giving the juice team time to apply the learning between sessions, and Trenton has been a fantastic coach throughout—enthusiastic, supportive, engaging and fun. He's created an environment where we felt comfortable to challenge ourselves and put the learning into practice.
