Stephanie heijdra is AMAZING !
This is the second time I’ve asked her to represent me and I will be using her again. She really did calm me down and reassured me. It should have been an hour case which turned into a full day

Stephanie is absolutely fantastic!! Worth her weight in gold and the best money we have ever spent! She took our case on at such short notice and nothing was too much trouble!! She made us feel at ease immediately, knew the law inside and outside and how to handle any situation! I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone but in particular fathers who feel they are about to lose their children because of her I feel like now there is light at the end of the tunnel. We also personally want to thank Sam at Clerksroom Direct! He was quick to respond, so very helpful and on the end of the phone/email if we needed him! This barrister is not even reading the case. She was asking for the case documentations ( all of which were already sent to her at the point of her instruction) on the day of hearing about 1 hour before the hearing while she was driving from London to Bournemouth in the snowy motorway.

This Barrister’s idea is no need to read the case, just turn up on the hearing day, agree with everything the Cafcass person & other party says & close the case.

At my previous hearing the judge ordered the Cafcass person who wrote section 7 report to attend the court for Coss-Examination due to numerous factual errors within her report.
On the day of trial Stephanie decided instead of cross-examination to negotiate with the same Cafcass person!
Stephanie took her laptop & just typed whatever the Cafcass person & my ex-partner ( both with the same Polish Nationality) told her.
She then presented that agreement to the court & that became the court order.
Within that agreement were fortnightly supervised contact centre & community visits with the duration of approximately 2 years at £65 per hour plus other additional charges.
Also within her agreement was a supervised video calls.
I have NEVER been any risk to my children. Totally opposite; I am a devoted father, dearly love my children & I was seeking justice for my 3 children.
Therefore my barrister failed to defend me & just wrote whatever the Cafcass person & my ex-partner told her.
Furthermore, the family court could not decide on the case because my barrister already made an agreement with them.
My ex-partner who is a qualified solicitor used her knowledge & experience in Law to completely abuse the Legal System, falsely played the victim game & she got away with it.
My hope was that Stephanie expose my ex-partner together with the false report created by Cafcass person, let the court to decide the case & get justice for my 3 children.
A 3 hours community visit would have cost me in excess of £300 per session.
My barrister ( Stephanie) did not do what I instructed her to do during the trial hearing and instead of showing to the court the Cafcass report was false & court should set that report aside, Stephanie allowed the same Cafcass person literally write the court order during the trial day.
Due to the financial implications of the court order created by Stephanie, I have not been able to see my 3 young children.
I truly believe my case was a clear example of miscarriage of Justice.

On the morning of the trial, I arrived 1 hour early to have conference with my barrister & discuss the case.
While I was in the court building , The barrister called me and said she was driving to the court & was asking me to email her numerous documents; that was few minutes before my trial began.

That indicated to me my barrister has not read the case & prepared herself for the trial hearing because all those documents she was asking for were already emailed to her few months earlier.

Stephanie is an AMAZING barrister, she knows the Law In and Out. I must say, I had a really messed up hearing initially with another solicitor and it felt like I was losing my kids. Then I hired Stephanie for the final hearing and she helped TURN the case around.Her professionalism is excellent, great communication, engagement and she took her time to break down my case and advised on possible outcome.

I could only describe Stephanie Heijdra as an opportunity to win even when everything seems to be lost.
She had little time to prepare my case for a court hearing and was always available even at non-working hours to work on the best strategies in my favour.
