Val completely saved me from myself. I was so scared and ashamed to reach out for help. From the first day I was made to feel like I wasn't alone and had no reason to feel shame. After just three weeks I feel like I have my life back. I could not thank them enough. Highly recommend anyone that needs a little help to reach out.

Step free truly saved my life I did not know much about mat program but when I joined step free Val and her team explained everything that I have to do they helped through the process of withdrawal and made my life a lot easier I’m now off of the streets not worried about where I’m gonna get my next fix or meet sketchy people all that is eliminated from my life now thanks to step free! This was my second appointment with Step free recovery and so far they have done a great job helping me to get off the opiods I was addicted to and get on medication that helps level me out. The vidio appointments are easy to set up and convenient.

Truth be told, I was terrified that I would never be able to recover. However, since day 1, these people have made this process smoother than I could ever imagine and helped me truly get my life back on track.

First and foremost I want to say Step Free Recovery and the employees who worked there have saved my life. Truly. I wish I could explain in words just how much switching to this program has changed my life for the better. I have now been with them for a little over a year and I wanted to write this review in hopes that when someone is searching for help they choose Step Free because when your first searching for a place your scared about how fast they can get you meds your sick your unsure of what to expect and you don’t know what decision is the right one and you just want to feel better and get help. If that’s you in that situation or your just looking to switch over I promise you Step Free is the decision to make they will make sure you get your medicine immediately and get you feeling better and support you through. They make it so easy they call around for pharmacies for you. If a pharmacy is being difficult they call and advocate for you and they always get back to you quickly and make sure your needs are met. I can honestly say after a year I still get the same amazing care I got since the first day I enrolled. I hope that people see this and find some hope in knowing they are choosing the right place. Dr. Val is amazing kind caring and really cares about us and the care we receive. Kevin is amazing and will advocate for you and make sure he always gets back to you. As well as Vincent who is so helpful kind and always listens to you and that’s just to name a few. I can’t really explain in words how much they have mean yo me because it’s impossible to do. My life has only improved and I can honestly say I haven’t had to go without my meds or be in fear of what to expect or what’s going to happen the entire year I’ve been with them. That is priceless to me and I’m sure to you reader. Thank you guys for everything and for giving me my life back. Lastly I know that I am not the exception in this but the rule. Others feel the same way. Choose step free recovery and make the best choice of your life and for your recovery. I was struggling majorly with getting sober. I kept trying to “ween” off the substance I was taking. I called a few places and the prices were outrageous and there was a lot of in person appointments to make and the biggest was I had to wait to get in. I made 1 phone call and had an appointment set up. It was super easy and they knew exactly how to transition me to suboxone with very little pain.

Step free recovery it’s very helpful. They treat you like family and they really care about your mental well-being since I have been on the program. I have been sober and have done great with my daily life and whenever there is an issue I have never had any problems with them, trying to help Me. I am extremely grateful

One Step Above
This place is the real thing I thought it was a scam Wrong !!After asking Kevin a hundred questions I realized this was the place for me. Val is who I talked to about my situation she couldn’t have been more helpful. I have insurance but I couldn’t find a place I trusted so I paid cash here and it was worth every dime. Val had me a Prescription ready by the time my appointment was over. This place is a life saver. They definitely saved mine.

As a nurse I understand the difference between great medical care and an indifferent provider. Step -Free provides excellent care to their clients. My Provider at Step-free understands the biochemical aspect of suboxone as well as the neuro chemical aspects of addiction. Ive been on suboxone for years and it’s the first time I feel that I have a partner in my recovery. Office is very flexible with appointments and it has been my experience that they are invested in their clients. Always respond to texts and phone calls quickly and are non judgemental.

Very quick from beginning to end. Doctor and staff are on point with right medication and counseling and friendliness. This is the right step for the first step in our recovery from opioid addiction. Thank you step free recovery!

Awesome place with awesome staff. Valeria was so helpful, amd compassionate. She really made me feel great throughout this whole process. I have to say my experience with Step Free Recovery by far has truly changed my way of thinking when it comes to my addiction, and changed my life. I was always uncomfortable and to ashamed to truly reach out and say I need help and guidance much less admit it out loud. Addiction was something I fought with alone, hiding within the shadows out of shame until I found Step Free Recovery & Valeriya Gessner whom went above and beyond to ensure that I felt & understood I shouldn't be ashamed to reach out for help. It goes deeper then that It wasn't just that she made me feel comfortable talking with her about my battles, she made sure I felt worthy of a better life, she came at it with empathy, understanding, knowledge, experience, true guidance. Assuring me with every step,of the way that every shameful thing I shared with her from my addiction I was unjudged. She not only helped but went to bat for me when it came to the pharmacy filling my meds being unfortunately there is still a stigma around recovery. Val & Kevin ( can't forget Kevin) have truly given me hope, not just hope within my recovery but hope in who I am as a person. From the first time we spoke she was there no matter the time of day or night reaching out to me, listening to me, talking to me, guiding me at a very vulnerable time in my life. So hands down 5 stars if I could give more I would, there's many places out there that will claim to help but Val and Step Free put actions behind there words from the very first phone call. I could never give them enough credit nor enough thanks, please if someone whom may be struggling reads this, just make a phone call one phone call is all it takes to truly start changing your life.
