They have some really good customer service . Like they will reply to you ASAP. Their product is also good. You can really feel the pressure and strength of the mastic gum and it feels good to gain those jawline 💪.

I bought some gum, I haven't used it for long enough to really comment on the effects, but so far my impression on it is good. The only negative was that when the gum arrived, most of it was not in the casing but was loosely in the plastic bag that the casing came in. So maybe they can put some tape around the case in the future? Otherwise good.

The pros:
When the gum is hard, it is HARD.
Helps with digestion.

The cons:
The gum can be very soft. Many of the pieces in a pack can be soft, and therefore useless. This can sometimes happen to an entire set, which can be very disappointing. I've bought 9 packs myself and 2 had over 40% of the gum be soft and useless.

Overall, I would say I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the gum, as the variation in quality does prove that it is a natural product, which is a big deal for me. However, you may not be able to use all of the product, and the gum can be expensive which can be a deal breaker for many. Therefore, I can only give 4 stars.

I just hope some more comes in stock soon so I can scoop it up.

For those who are skeptical about Steel Jawline Gum, I reassure you that it works, even if the results aren't obvious yet. For athletes especially, this is a keeper. In martial arts training (MMA), I have noticed that my jaw has improved, and even when I was knocked in the jaw by a training/sparring partner's hand, I didn't feel much pain. So in the long term, expect that you will get good results. In this context neck training is a must as well, but that's another topic. Keep in mind, I only bought three containers of the Mastic Gum from Chios which often goes out of stock. Take this with a pinch of salt, but as a useful tip: I found that adding a high mineral salt to the gum keeps it fresh longer. I use Himalayan salt. :)

I don't like to give low ratings unless something feels deliberate.. I respect the intention.

That being said, 2 of my 6 packs were open upon arrival and i had to dig out the pieces from the bag it was mailed in. More than a few of the pieces were busted up and crumbling. Y'all gotta fix your canisters. Product seems to be as advertised, i'm chewing it now.

Update: Thanks for the response. Just put the gum in better sealed canisters.

Bought Steel Jawline Mastic gum for 2 main reasons.

#1 to strengthen my jawline, and
#2 to get away from regular gum (sugar, calories, etc).

I have now started my journey with Mastic gum. My first impression is that it definitely requires a more firm bite to chew. Secondly, I have been chewing the same piece for almost 1 hr and it hasn't lost any of its firmness.

I would like to give a shout-out to Matt for sending out an email to me in regards to providing more info on Mystic gum (how to chew, sample workouts).

Gum flavor doesn’t last long and makes me nauseous

I have some disappointing feedback

One of my six tins of mastic gum was open upon receipt of the goods and the pieces within were squishable in my hand and soft to chew

That being said, Matt contacted me personally and offered either a refund or replacement free of charge

Matt has been in contact throughout the delivery process advising: how to train with the gum, offering discounts on new products and, providing me with resources for mewing

Our family love the mastic gum product and are very happy with the Steel brand!

The customer service is notably excellent!

I live in Florida, which means it is hot down here. If you are shipping a product, especially gum which has a tendency to soften under heat please make sure that the courier doesn't leave it in the mail which is even hotter. I bought 10 packs that's how serious I was but they all came soft.

Once you start chewing it, it's not much harder than regular gum

I didn't get my product for several weeks now, it is not too great. At least I've got a message from Matt that he is on to it, but no results after nearly a week.

The delivery was a few days late but I appreciate that that out pretty much out of your control. I am still getting use to picking out what pieces are brittle (don't stick to your teeth) versus the soft ones that do. I am only chewing on my back teeth for now. I think I can already detect a buildup of my jaw line (75 years old here). I don't have much soreness as I have grinded my teeth for years which gave me a natural buildup. I fully anticipate good results.

Quick shipping. Gum is as it says. My jaw is getting swole. It's the only time I've felt like my mouth was getting a workout.

I like the flavor, it's subtle and herbal. My wife doesn't but c'est la vie.
