I ordered the expert was out of stock for a long time. Eventually got sent the advanced. It’s breaking after 2 weeks of use. Really disappointed.

Customer service was the best I've experienced. They replaced both of my orders for free after I annihilated them with my jaw like a G.
5/5 recommend them to anyone who wants to build a stronger jaw

The order took absurdly long and seems somewhat over-priced.

Not as stiff as mastic gum but a good additional option to have as it is cheaper than mastic gum and also easier to chew in public since I can have a hard time speaking with a mouth full of mastic gum.

received all items promptly. when they were ineffective for me, i was issued a refund. very friendly customer service. thank you!

When my order hadn't shipped, I emailed them and asked why. I immediately got a personal email explaining they were out of stock on the gum. I requested that they send the other items now PLUS I needed to change my address as I was moving.
Again, I got a very quick and personal response that they had changed my shipping address and were sending the in stock items now. Gum later when their shipment arrives.

Ordered in November. I didn't receive confirmation that it had been shipped so I emailed support a month later. They said they were out of stock. I checked back in January and their site had it back in stock but I still hadn't received any information regarding my order. I emailed support again. I didn't get a response. Waited another month and emailed support about a refund. Still haven't heard anything back. It's not obvious to me that this is a legitimate company, I wouldn't buy anything from here.

This was some of the best customer service I have received. They did not ask unnecessary questions, they responded quick, and got right to the point. Love the products and customer service, great overall experience and highly recommend! 👏👏

They didn't tell me my order was out of stock until after weeks. I had already replied to an email which explicitly instructed me to reply to it to reach customer service. That didn't work, so I emailed customer service directly, asking for a refund, which I was offered. I replied to that email 5 days ago to accept the refund but I just got an email back saying that my email address was blocked just in case it was spam. In other words, they are not refunding on first request, and then not reading my reply, which allows them to issue no refund despite providing no product. *UPDATE: I did receive a prompt refund, and they said they had no record of our previous conversation even though I could still clearly see every email backed up. So apparently they are having technical difficulties as well as stocking difficulties. I hope they can expand to fit the demands of the marketplace if the product turns out to be good but unfortunately I have no idea if it is or not.

Great product and customer support. It’s expensive but they have deals often. Great warranty and customer support care.

Not enjoyable. Flavor ran out in mere seconds. Wont be buying again. Save your money and buy another product. I ordered 3 packs. After the first one I figured it was maybe some sort of problem with the batch I had tried but after realizing the problem was present in every other pack I lost all interest and hope.

My overall experience is while I did get fast responded emails, they took forever to send out a replacement whenever the Jaw exercisers broke. Would wait a week or 2 for a brand new set.

I never received the product... Please send it or refund me the money.

Two months after my order, I get a "delivery confirmation," but no delivery was made. No response from customer service email.

The best mastic it's my second time ordering best advice would be to chew properly to prevent Tmj and slow down.

Very helpful and considerate. I damaged my product and they sent a replacement with no trouble when they didn't have to.

2nd time ordering a 3 pack. Strongly suggest people take it slow or you'll give yourself TMJ. SLOW DOWN. I got addicted to chewing. After chewing steel normal gum feels synthetic and wildly soft, so I can't chew normal gum now lol. Anyways, use the soft pieces to your advantage when you want to soften a piece up. You get what you pay for, yes you get results, but nothing insane. Do people not understand spot reduction isn't real? It'll build the muscles sure, but if you fat, don't expect a sweet jawline.

Pieces of mastic gum were large, no complaints.

Wonderful people to work with, I’ve never had a single issue. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the steel look!
