Our PS5 just randomly stopped turning on.
I contacted Rich through a referral of a friend and he was so helpful!
He explained all the steps (even if I didn’t quite understand) and informed me along the way.
Unfortunately our PS5 couldn’t be fixed but Rich continued to help. He suggested selling as parts and where to buy another PS5 from.
Can’t recommend more.

My son is autistic and lives and breathes for his yellow switch lite only he had a melt down and it got broke .
So I called Richard he was friendly and knew exactly what to do .
Safe to say was in safe hands the the switch works like it did before and Zacks back to his routine .
Really good value for and a great service .

Fixed my ps5 in no time at all, and he was a pleasure to deal with very friendly and he knows his stuff. i will 100% use steel city I.T again and would highly recommended him to anyone having problems with there console.

I brought my Xbox series x to rich.
I brought my Xbox series x to rich at Steel city IT. Rich was a kind and friendly guy who fixed my Xbox within 12 hours. I would recommend future customers to choose Steel City IT when they want something electrical fixing.

Excellent experience, Richard was very polite and quick to diagnose and then fix the issue, all genuine parts used which is a must for me, and was reasonably priced. Seems to be very knowledgeable about the device and didn’t hesitate to offer advice going forward… Very good service.

I've used Steel City I.T several times…
I've used Steel City I.T several times in the last couple of years. Everytime Richard has been very professional in his work, Very knowledgeable and always offers his help in any way. Gets the job done and on time, thats what you want. If he can't fix the problem which is unusual there is no charge, also you can't say fairer than that.
I would fully recommend and wouldn't ever contemplated taking my consoles anywhere else.

Great service. I was given a full explanation on service charges upgrades and repairs, including and new parts needed etc. Given full costs before any work was carried out. A quick and efficient service. An old tired computer now working well.
