Tried Scamming £2257.99 from Someone who Works in Fraud
Purchased a 5090 from them on the cheap side as "opened never used". When I received it I took photos of it like I do with any expensive items and noticed the screws had been tampered with and there was a scratch. Didn't work at all in my rig, when I tired to return it they took a photo of it without the scratch saying I tried to caused it luckily I took the photos. I work for fraud at virgin money so will look into this company further. Have raised chargeback through PayPal and raise a report to action fraud for now with means to escalate.

Customer has damaged the graphics card that I took plenty of pictures of before been advertised online and was tested and passed.
I cannot accept damaged goods back from user error and to be accused of fraud is disgusting. I have been running my business since 2011 and have an amazing reputation.
This sounds fraudulent to me and that you have also been tampering with the graphics card. It was sold as open box I never claimed it hadn’t been used.
Update: Customer had there chargeback on paypal denied due to them trying to return a different damaged card. I have asked trust pilot to remove this fraudulent review but there AI is so poor.

Absolutely over the moon with steel city I.T. xbox randomly stopped working after making an appointment on his website he got back to me explained what the problems could be didn't sugarcoat it but was very informative about the different hardware and repaired very quick giving helpful advice on how to prevent the issue whilst I collected my xbox. Will recommend to everyone, salt of the earth bloke and the price was fair

Excellent service from Richard! My son’s PlayStation was over heating and turning off. After my initial contact online, Richard called me back and told me it would be any easy fix for him and offered advice. I dropped it off and it was ready to collect within a couple of days. Job very well done. Highly recommend this company 5 stars all round

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, quick response and speedy repair. Ps5 suffered blue light of death randomly and was fixed within a day and a half (I dropped it off late on Monday) . Fair price and excellent knowledge and aftercare. Fully recommend.

Great service
Rich is super friendly and professional. Very speedy service at a very reasonable price. I got the HDMI port on my PS5 repaired and also had 2 controllers fixed to eliminate stick drift (TMR upgrade). Would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking repairs!

Son had a little accident with his ps5 pro and broke the hdmi port. Contacted Steel City I.T and within a couple of hours they had my son’s PlayStation. Within 2 days it was repaired and at a good price.
