Ordered Phone Case Jan 1, no updates for weeks.

Upon reaching out company informed me they were delayed due to holiday orders.

2 1/2 weeks later after no updates, reached out for any update on the order - no response from the team, received a cancellation email moments later with no explanation. Will avoid in the future.

I have the purple reagular carbon great case but the wallets are crap they fall apart and are just a carbon pannel I blasted them on tiktok after talking to them for a replacement (I had the wallet for maybe 5 months) they said they could give me a 60% discount and then instead of fixing the problem they blocked my account all I did was comment on their posts when I saw them that the wallets aren't quality and my experience I didn't make a video or anything very unprofessional horrible response times it took me 2 weeks to finally be told they would not replace my wallet I wont buy from them again

I ordered and item has never shipped! They will respond to emails but every emails says, "you'll be getting shipping information anytime". Nothing has ever shipped and I doubt it ever will.
Scam!! Do not buy from them!!

Pretty cool phone case I got when I ordered pretty nice worth the money. Would recommend if you’re willing to spend money on a phone case.

Gotta be honest when me and my gf received our new cases, this wasn’t our first time getting some because our last ones were the forged carbon fiber and they were awesome, took drops to the floor like a champ without damaging and always caught the attention of others whenever I showed my case. Highly would recommend, tell others to buy these as well. And great customer service!!

I ordered two cases, the ruby red one and the dark matter purple one. I’m really happy with the cases they look even better in real life. Delivery time was around two weeks but it was worth waiting.

Product as shown in the Videos on the internet, looking good and useful. Fits my iphone 16 perfectly.

Package got lost on delivery, I contacted them and they sent me another one.

Very fast and friendly support! I accidentally ordered the wrong product and asked if the order could be canceled. Within 10 minutes, I received a response and got my money back. I then ordered the correct product and, in the end, received both. The delivery time took a bit longer, but that's perfectly fine. I also find the quality great!
