Ordered well within the countdown for same day dispatch. Chased up delivery the next day and was told my order was still being processed. Requested full refund.

i really wanted to trust the accuracy…
i really wanted to trust the accuracy of these tests. I had been diagnosed with hsv1 a few years ago via a swab but that initial outbreak was so minimal and never having an outbreak since then, i was starting to feel convinced it was a false positive. then a recent scare happened with my now partner where i thought i was having symptoms, so i decided to test again. but i really didn't want to go through the embarrassment all over again. i found these and thought it was the perfect answer. I took 2 and decided that 2 out of 3 had to be good odds, right? then we had a 2nd scare. this time with him having symptoms. He tested negative and while waiting, i took FOUR more. all SIX of the tests i took came back saying i had no antibodies. we discussed these at home tests and agreed i should get a more professional result so i went to labcorp where they drew blood and sent it off to their lab. within 24 hours, i had my final answer. A positive test for antibodies from a past infection.
I am disappointed in how much money i threw into these at home tests to try to ease my mind. Please do not rely on these even remotely and go to a lab office for official answers. It was discreet, private and easy to do.

Several factors, such as low antibody levels, timing of testing, or sample quality, can influence rapid test results. We’re glad you followed up with a professional lab test for confirmation, as this is the correct next step in any uncertain case.

Received quickly and good customer support
A few days ago, I placed an order for test kits which I received today, discreetly packaged and shipped by USPS. While conducting the test wasn't challenging, I found it somewhat unnerving to draw my own blood using the provided lancet. There was also some confusion on my end about how to properly deposit the blood into the test cassette. However, I reached out to customer service, and they promptly responded within a two-hour timeframe.
