Service was 10/10! Communication was great with the team, had a stained designer bag and the team made it look brand new with all stains gone! looks fantastic and smells great too, bag was also sent back less than a week after they had fixed it!

I entrusted them with my beloved Veja trainers, and they exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail was truly remarkable. Each shoe was meticulously cleaned and restored to its former glory, with almost every scuff and mark expertly removed, given their age. It's as if my shoes have been given a new lease on life! The team clearly takes immense pride in their work, and it shows in the results. Communication was seamless throughout the process, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
