Better than Bose!
One of my friends at the gym suggested I use these earbuds. I have always been a Bose person, but let me tell you, these are the best I have ever had! Better sound, easier to use, fantastic!
I had ordered my pair through their website and given my friend a link. They said they found them on amazon.I contacted customer support immediately. They gave me a credit for the price difference.In shipping, no hassles, no questions. I love this product. It's all i'm going to use going forward.
Customer service the best
I had a really great experience with Status Audio. The sound quality is clear, well balanced and good bass.
They’re comfortable and the battery life has been solid. But what really stood out to me was the customer service it was the best experience I’ve ever had. They were professional, helpful, and made everything super easy.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this headphones to anyone looking for great sound and amazing service.

I never had complaints on my Apple earbuds over the years, but Status Audio had some good enough marketing efforts that I took the plunge on ordering the ANC buds.
It was like nothing I've heard before on hearing all the instruments from some favorite songs.
Then without much thought, I wanted to see what the Pro-X offered when it got released. I was so impressed I couldn't find enough folks to let them sample them, from my girlfriend to random strangers (seriously).
What impressed me even more was their customer service when they weren't functioning correctly. After several attempts to get them back up and running, I was able to get them exchanged, no hassles. Even asked for a follow up to make sure the replacements worked well.
You have a customer for life.

Horrible Customer service
From the day one I had issues with my new pair of Between 3 Anc. I decided to give them another chance but as the days go by, It kept on getting worse.
Unfortunately I lost one of the earbuds and according to app you can find the lost one. To my surprise, it did not work. It kept on showing Unknown.
Customer service was awful as they said they can’t help with anything. I kept sending emails requesting assistance but no response. Stay away from this company.

There so bad they don't have a phone number to call to get a refund. I wish I bought on Amazon. Been back a forth email for over 2 weeks and still nothing I have a 2 year warranty for coverage.
Don't buy them on there website buy them from Amazon because if you have a problem your out of luck with the company take care of you ...

If you buy the headphones the support afterwards is absolutely second to none .
The sound quality is exceptional - the customer service is absolutely second to none . The response time is exceptional and the follow up and support is second to none . So if you are ever considering a break away from the usual Apple set up these are exceptional . Th respond quality shines and the way you can create bespoke settings …. If you have a difficulty on set up simply send a message and they are absolutely amazing .

Bad customer service
The sound is amazing but customer service is horrible. I have been using my between 3anc for 14 months and the battery of the case died, like literally wouldn’t hold charge at all. All they say is since it’s past warranty time they can only offer me $89.5 replacement for the case while it’s $59 on their website!! This is a clear malfunction to me and it should be solved free of charge. Them not taking responsibility tells me that they accept the fact that the built quality of their product is not good. Shame because I love the sound of the earbuds, now they are annoying to use.

Dont buy those they are full of malfunction. Out of nowhere after 1h i left them in charge in the case in my room they start to connect to the tv in the front room on their own. Its sooo annoying

Just tried the new ProX. With these we can all be like Jon Hamm in the club dancing with his eyes closed. Sound quality is amazing
Too many adverts (including on fake profiles)
I don't want these ear buds, and I've specifically, repeatedly, said I'm not interested in seeing more ads. But they use fake profiles so even if you block it every time you see it, you keep seeing the ads.
I already have ear buds which I'm more than happy with. I paid a fair price for an excellent product, without being bombarded with adverts all day.
My view on this company is that the ear buds are probably decent, but it's mainly marketing fluff, and they don't seem very reliable with dealing with quality issues, while charging a lot for the products, and spending a lot on advertising. So I'll be continuing to try to avoid them.

Honestly this company went well beyond my expectations. The quality of their product is superb and their customer service is top notch! They went out of their way to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I truly appreciate their effective communication and service. I highly recommend doing business with this company. You won't regret it!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the Status Audio 3ANC headphones have been nothing but a headache. The first pair I purchased failed, and now the warranty replacement has failed as well. At this point, it’s clear the product just isn’t built to last.
One of the most frustrating issues is that the headphones don’t disconnect from my phone when I put them in the case. I’ve had to manually disconnect them every single time, which completely defeats the purpose of having “true wireless” earbuds with auto-off features. For a premium-priced product, this is unacceptable.
The support experience was just as disappointing. It took three days of back-and-forth emails before I was finally told that I would need to buy a new pair because they wouldn’t stand behind their own product. No meaningful troubleshooting, no real warranty consideration — just a shrug and a suggestion to spend more money.
I genuinely wanted to like these headphones, but between the repeated failures and a company unwilling to support their customers, I cannot recommend the 3ANC to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I purchased the status 3ANC after seeing reviews of them and I own apple airpod pros 2 so I was sceptical that they’d be better but they are much better including the noise cancellation, it’s 10x better because I can’t hear anything in the gym

Pre-ordered the Pro X earbuds. Website said they should be ready to ship on 14th October. Website now says currently shipping. But 1 week later mine STILL have not shipped. Customer services said my order should ship this week but its been 5 days since and no update. If you dont have the stock, dont advertise the dates!

The between3 is by far the best value for money from ANC to Ambient base is stunning and truly highlights every aspect of the music

Preordered a pair of Status X Pro…
Preordered a pair of Status X Pro Earphones in August when it was said on their website they will ship in mid-September and i will be one of the first to get them. Them shipping was delayed to October 13. / 14. (and it was said that this date is conservatively - so more likely they will ship BEFORE this date) and guess what - still no shipping notification and no more e-mail answers. Another one who wants his earphones RIGHT NOW!

Great company and awesome service! The headphones were really nice, amazing quality, they just didn’t fit my ears right after trying them for about a month and a half. They sent me a free return label and refunded me right away. Super easy and friendly to deal with. Would definitely buy from them again!
