I have a great experience using NetCrunch monitoring tool. I recommend it to all who needs to be aware of how well your infrastructure works at anytime.

We have been using Netcrunch for a number of years, last year we had an issue with our server and we lost all of the Netcrunch installation. We contacted Netcrunch and bought a new license and the newest version of the product.
They helped us with this new installation (we had a backup of the old configuration) and now everything is back to how it was.
The Support offered was excellent and the new suite is awesome it does everything we need it to di.
We are extremely satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone.

The entire installation process was very simple, very intuitive. Awesome monitoring packs and sensors, very accurate with the IT environment, definitely a very good software for Network and Infrastructure monitoring.

Overall the Netcrunch tool is good and I would recommend it to anyone. Even after having used Orion in the past. I can't think of anything that that product did that Netcrunch could not. As with any other products it has its quirks. Sometimes Windows services are reported as being down but they are not.

sehr gutes Programm, gute detaillierte Übersicht über Server und Workstationen so wie Prozessoren, Arbeitsspeicher und Festplatten. Ping und Netzverkehr schön aufgelistet. Sehr gut im Vorfeld beim finden und der Darstellung von möglichen Problemen im gesamten Netzwerk.

We have been using Adrem NetCrunch software for 10 years. We monitor the environment with around 600 nodes. The software is quite extensive and allows you to monitor basically every device connected to the network, starting with a simple ping, ending with SNMP data or a full computer inventory. Particularly noteworthy are monitoring sensors, notifications and reports, which can be freely defined and very precisely adapted to your needs, which definitely facilitates the supervision of the network and servers. One of the many advantages is that it does not require any agent to monitor computers.

I can recommend this software with a clear conscience.

What I did really liked about NetCrunch is the fact that there is only 1 server needed to make the monitoring for a big environment of 1000+ nodes.

Easy to manage and powerful options.
Cross platforms, nice overviews, and adjustable just like you want it to be.
And important... it's agent less!

Also, support is always fast and reliable.
Quick updates and not the highest specs needed to run NetCrunch.

Would definitely recommend it.

Was asked to give a good review in exchange for a discount. 2 stars as what is the point in having reviews if you are effectively going to pay people to do good ones. Surely this doesn't help the business realise when the product may not be performing well, bet hey sales are important.

The software itself is ok

Works really well! Simple, functional and pretty! Have used several other systems, but this one is the Favorite!

Feature wise all monitoring tools are offering the same. What matters really is how you visualize and show monitoring results for the network operation center.Tool is amazingly fast and provide a well-visualized network topology. Our customers are content with netcrunch deployment and preferring this tool over network monitoring tool providers. More importantly, one license and one server deployment to cover all features. What else do you need .. Keep it up adrem team.

Great network monitoring with a modern interface and tons of features added in regular updates. The automatic corrective actions are a solid differentiator from other products. Instead of just getting notified about something (which can be done with SMS, email, etc and even integrate with tons of messengers and help desks), you can have NetCrunch react automatically. Run scripts, restart services and reboot machines on event, so you can automate away common issues

I'm very impressed with NetCrunch v.9. The feature we use most extensively is SNMP, which allows us to check up literally on almost any device on our network, whether it's a switch, router, or NAS.

Maps are a good time saver, whenever we want to identify something within our network that is responsible for downtime or poor network performance. Without this feature we would be running around in loops, trying to find what went down along hundreds of alerts.

WMI tools is definitely worth a mention since it allows us to lookup desktop or server info, almost real-time. This amazingly cuts down on trouble--shooting. User calls, complains about something crashing>lookup his stats>see that he's low on memory>problem fixed without getting up from my chair.

I would definitely recommend NetCrunch for admins who manage large offices or offices in mroe than 1 location.

The sales and support team held my hand all the way through the installation process letting me set up NetCrunch the way I needed. Thanks to its auto-discovery feature and a ton of monitoring packs it was ready to run right from the get go. Now the data NetCrunch is collecting for us is crucial for it gives us an overview of what's going on in the entire infrastructure. The integration with Trello is very helpful too as we use it every day. Only thing that we're missing is a distributed monitoring but that's promised to come very soon. When it does, it's 5 stars all the way!
