I recently completed a 5-day Scottish Highlands tour with Star Tours (23/05/2026 to 27/05/2026), and overall, it was an awesome experience! I enjoyed every single bit of the itinerary. The accommodation was wonderful, and the food throughout the trip was truly amazing.

A special shoutout goes to our driver, Steve, who was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely patient, took excellent care of everyone on board, and made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Because of the great itinerary and driver, I am definitely looking forward to booking another holiday with Star Tours in the future.

However, I wanted to share some polite feedback regarding our tour manager, Sourav, as there is significant room for improvement in how the group was managed. While I understand managing a large tour is tough, a few adjustments would make the experience much better for future travelers:

On Day 4, we were only given 40 minutes for an extensive Indian buffet with over 50 items. Because of the rush, a lot of food unfortunately went to waste. A bit more realistic planning for meal times—especially for large buffets would be appreciated.

I was traveling with a 19-month-old infant. At one point, when my baby was sleeping during a meal, I asked for a takeaway. Even though the restaurant staff and manager were completely fine with it and I offered to pay extra, Sourav declined the request. A little more empathy and consideration for families traveling with toddlers would go a long way.

While he frequently mentioned that we were "all family," the tone often felt more like a school teacher managing young children rather than professionals interacting with paying customers. On the rare occasion that guests were 5–10 minutes late due to unavoidable external reasons, they were publicly humiliated. A more understanding and respectful approach to communication is definitely needed.

Group requests, such as asking to play a movie on the coach TV, were repeatedly turned down with excuses that felt a bit disingenuous.

The trip itself was beautiful and well-worth it. I am sharing this feedback constructively because Star Tours has a great product, and with a bit of professional training in customer service and communication for the tour management team, these trips could be absolutely flawless.

We went to Disneyland Paris trip, which was fun yet exhausting for a long weekend break during the kids half term. The travel plans / guide / driver were great and we got to visit the attractions promised in good time, but the worst parts was the stay at our hotel and food.

There were mosquitoes in rooms and my nephews were bitten a LOT for 2 days, until they switched rooms! For a break with the kids, its the last thing we'd expect and resulting in them feeling quite uncomfortable! The water in the hotel on the last day was cold, which means we had to have a cold shower in the morning! I complained about this and was told that there are a lot of guests today, which is the reason....not my problem, they should plan for these cases.

The food at the restaurant / hotel was not to standards, as it seemed like we were brushed aside and given leftovers that were churned out.

Overall, they could make the trip a little more enjoyable by addressing these issues.

Went on a trip to Disney Paris. Driver and Guide were good.

Restaurant for dinner:
Welcome India - Food was very mediocre - buffet. Wait for fresh naans - drinks all charged as extra - tap water is the only thing we drink!
It was 30c outside and hot day. Restaurant had their heater on (covered by a towel -- assuming they're unable to switch it off!)

Last day lunch - was at an event centre. This was actually better. Not by far, but touch better.

Hotel:
One of the guests found a cockroach in their room.
My kids have had several mosquito bites in the room.
Air conditioning might as well not have worked - it was SOOO HOT! If there are known mosquitos then HAVE A NET MESH ON THE WINDOWS SO PEOPLE CAN OPEN THEM WITHOUT BEING BITTEN!
Breakfast -- we walked in to a very nice dining area - waffles, fruit - all hot English breakfast, sausages, bacon etc. Lady said this isnt for Star Tours - so we now end up in a room which looked like a meeting/presentation room (not great looking one) repurposed into a makeshift dining hall.
No seats for some of the guests, until other guests finished.
Coffee = do not drink!! Trust me.
Eggs - more like scrambled water?!?!
Toast machine had a queue - but thats expected. Except people will take your toast if you're not quick enough.
People were grabbing the hashbrowns with their bare hands. BTW hashbrowns were also super crispy.
Constantly being asked if we'd finished and trying to get us out.

Overall the cheap packages at the restaurant and hotels which Star Tours have agreed were a major let down. If Star Tours are to be the front for the travel - then they need to ensure basic amenities for the guests' comfort.

Staff were good - and this is out of the staffs hands' and goes to the management level.

People are requested to give positive reviews at the end of the trip. This is my true experience.

Swiss Alpine
We had an amazing tour and a big part of that was thanks to our coach captain, Jay Patel. His driving skills were excellent as always and throughout the trip we were always comfortable and well taken care.
It was amazing to travel with him again, his entertainment, positive attitude and friendly nature made the whole journey even more enjoyable. Thanks to him we had such a pleasant and relaxing trip from start to finish.
We would absolutely love to have Jay as our coach captain again for our next trip. Thank you again, Jay for making this tour into such a wonderful experience.

​I recently took my 80+ mother on the Panoramic Europe tour, and it was a well-organised and certainly memorable trip. The places selected for the itinerary were great, though some days felt a bit heavy on bus travel, and we would have loved more time at certain spots—plus some dedicated shopping time, especially in Paris.
​That said, the bus itself was incredibly comfortable, and my mother had a very smooth, hassle-free journey. While the food was good overall, the breakfast selection could have been better.
​A massive shoutout to our Tour Pilot, Mihai, and Tour Director, Stephen. They were both fantastic and took amazing care of everyone. They even brilliantly managed some tricky situations in Paris following the PSG Champions League win!

Me and my friends went to historic Scotland trip. Our tour manager mr. Divash joshi is very professional and helpful, also good storyteller and guide us like a pro. Our coach captain shihab dam driven coach very safely and professionally and He has very good song collection. Vegetarian and gujarati food are like blessings for us. Thank you star tours.

Very well organized tour. Divash and Shihab done excellent job. Very professional in their respective fields. Arrangement of excellent Indian food throughout was a blessing.

3 suggestions for improvement:
1. Size of group could be limited to say, 45 with suitable bus. Seating was congested especially with passengers sitting in front row leaning their seat back.
2. Hotel Leonardo wasn't found impressive. None answers calls, not even 1 bottle of water served in room and breakfast options found limited. (Last week I stayed in Leonardo in St. Paul's London and it was found very good)
3. Normally group tours will have all participants' self introduction on 1st day. This is generally helpful.

We went historic scotland with star tours and we enjoyed a lot. Excellent service and we will come back with star tours.

I went for historic Scotland trip with my wife 26 to 29 May 2026. Me and my wife really enjoy the trip. The food and accommodation is amazing. Our tour guide Mr. Divash is outstanding and having good knowledge about the different places around the Scotland and provide all details. Trip is not safe if you have bad coach driver, fortunately we have amazing coach driver Mr. Shihab who drive well throughout trip and we reach every place safely without single incident on time.

Our HISTORIC SCOTLAND tour from 26th May to 29th May 2026 was truly unforgettable. Every moment felt magical with beautiful views, amazing arrangements, and a lovely atmosphere throughout the journey.

A special thanks to our Tour Manager Mr Divash Joshi for his excellent guidance, caring nature, and making everyone feel like family. Also huge appreciation to our Coach Captain Shihab Dam from Premier Coach Travel for the safe and comfortable journey.

One of my most memorable moments was enjoying the breathtaking Scotland scenery with my family and creating memories we will cherish forever.

We had an amazing experience with Star Tours for our Swiss Special Vacation! The entire tour was very well organised, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thanks to our tour manager Rahul, who made the trip even more memorable with his knowledge, entertaining nature, and constant support throughout the journey.

Rahul managed everything in the best possible way, from coordinating schedules perfectly to helping every traveller feel comfortable and cared for. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and deep knowledge about the places we visited truly added so much value to the trip.

I would recommend this tour, both the driver and tour manager were professional, polite and helpful and entertaining.
The Vegetarian meal served was good.
The 3 day itinerary was well thought out and managed effectively without issue.
The accommodation was also good.

This was my first solo trip and I’m so glad I was recommended Star Tours. They covered so many cities in just a few days that would have been impossible to do on my own. We rarely had any delays and the coach captain did an amazing job. They were always on time, the safety of our bags and personal items were never compromised and everything was done in a timely manner. The Tour Manager - Rahul was incredibly helpful and worked super hard to ensure that everyone was safe and had a smooth journey. He helped us with any & all issues, always looked out for us and was also super fun and entertaining! We had free dinners, songs on the coach and the flights and hotel were also quite premium every aspect. 10/10 would recommend again.

Recently we have been to swiss Alpines tour through startour and it wonderfully arranged by the star tour team.Our tour guide stephen Fernandes was helpful and cooperative. We reach at the pickup point little late approx 15 mins due to our train cancellation but he waited for us patiently. Not only the tour guide even drivers(Ali & Ushman) was quite joyful and helpful guy. Thanks to star tour for making our wonderful.

Where do I even begin? Our Swiss Alpine Coach Tour was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was down to the exceptional team who looked after us every step of the way.
A heartfelt thank you to Stephen, our Tour Manager, who truly is in a league of his own. His knowledge of the places we visited was encyclopaedic, whether it was a mountain pass, a historic town, or a hidden gem off the beaten track, Stephen always had fascinating insight to share. He is polite, friendly, and jovial, and has a wonderful gift of making every traveller feel like family. His warmth and good humour made every day feel like a joy rather than a schedule. He kept us informed, kept us on time, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Stephen is an absolute asset to Star Tours.
Equally deserving of praise are our coach captains Ali and Usman, who were simply brilliant. Friendly, patient, and unfailingly polite, they made every transfer smooth and stress-free. We always felt safe in their hands, no matter the winding mountain roads or busy city drop-offs, they navigated everything with calm professionalism. Having experienced less welcoming travel companions on other trips, it was genuinely refreshing to travel with people who clearly take pride in the experience they provide to passengers. Their cheerful manner added so much to the overall atmosphere of the tour.
Together, this trio ensured we were always on time, always safe, and always smiling. The itinerary was well-paced, the coach was comfortable, and the scenery speaks for itself when you are travelling through Switzerland.
If you are considering a Swiss Alpine Coach Tour with Star Tours, do not hesitate. And if you are lucky enough to have Stephen as your Tour Manager with Ali and Usman at the helm, you are in for an absolute treat.

I had a very nice tour (Swiss Alpine) with Stephen. He was very nice and humble person. The iternary was good and covered most of the London.
The coach drivers also fine people(Ali and Usman)

We had great time in our lake district trip. Our coach captain and tour guide Akshita both were amazing and Akshita very helpful and very energetic and kept us all full informed of very stop and gave us great tips to make out trip more enjoyable.

Just a suggestion to star tours. They can make this trip more better by doing more research on what to do while visiting the places listed and give us some options as well to dine. Or they can combine this with snowdonia and make it a 4 day trip which is much more better to see and on pocket as well.

All in all this is our 5th trip and we are not disappointed. Thanks Star tours
