Startle Omdömen

Lovely gallery and great people.

Extremely helpful staff . We received our artwork to Florida in double quick time.

Very enjoyable visit to the shop in Holt and we were made most welcome. Lots to see and decided to make a purchase. Happy with the price and were told that delivery would be 2 - 3 weeks. In fact it arrived after just 10 days and we were kept informed at every stage. Very happy with the service, and the picture.

Great service including finding a second Painter from the same artist

Staff are very helpful and even brought the painting to the house to see it on the wall.
Really great setvice

The staff at Startle are always welcoming and pleased to see you.
I recently bought a painting from Startle, Holt, the service I received from the team , especially Tonia, was second to none.
My painting was delivered free of charge and wrapped and protected in A1 condition.
Thank you Startle.

Excellent service

A lovely evening, and great to meet Philip and the demonstration was excellent.
We love our picture thank you.

Wonderful team and excellent portfolio of artists.

Great, swift and clear communication as well as very useful recommendations made from the Startle team. Just the fact that you can reach an actual human being is a big plus.

Friendly, informative team. Great choice and Lily was particularly helpful all the way with our purchase. Thank you! Would not hesitate to visit and purchase again.

Good communication regarding delivery, the picture is stunning and it was incredibly well packaged. Very happy.

The buying experience was excellent but when offered a valuation certificate this has now been over 4 weeks and still not received it!

Annabel was a joy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about her product. Her love of art was clearly reflected in her enthusiasm and we thoroughly enjoyed the experiences of visiting the gallery and buying a beautiful piece.
Post purchase service was great and we will continue to visit to view any new pieces.

Very friendly and attentive staff were able to help us find a piece of artwork for our home

Fantastic customer service, lots of background work went into my purchase and helped create a great birthday experience

It is a real joy to go to the gallery in Holt. It is great fun and there is no pressure from the wonderful staff.
We were free to wonder around and enjoy the experience.
As a result we bought two pictures.

Beautiful artwork and knowledgeable and helpful advisors. The gallery is well presented with lots of interesting works.

We were visiting Drove Orchards with nothing in the way of expectation. And so we were surprised to come across a gallery there, thought we would take a look inside, and were delighted with what we found. A friendly welcome, enthusiasm for the pieces, knowledge of their backgrounds and the artists. No hard sell - none was needed - but we came away with a painting/collage which we adore.

I’m very happy with the picture I bought and the service I received from Jacob.
He was knowledgeable and not pushy.
