Purchased fabulous artwork from Startle at Jarrolds department store in Norwich. Henni was so professional and friendly during my purchase. The artwork ‘Mission to Mars’ by Lhouette is stunning . Simon the gallery owner personally delivered it to me. Such a genuine and warm man. Superb experience all round dealing with Startle.

Really friendly team with no sales pressure. Gallery is well set out and fun browsing. Hennie was lovely to deal with and had great knowledge and background on all the artists featured. Excellent service and all the art we purchased was ready on time and packed up with care. Been back since to buy more since!

Exceptional interaction with Simon at the gallery-he went above and beyond to make the experience great, with frequent communications, an attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a focus on customer service. He went above and beyond getting the artist to sign a letter to my wife & taking a picture with the piece. Shipping was smooth, easy, and fast. I bought a similar piece with the same artist from another gallery the same day--the experience couldn't have been more different. Kudos to Simon and the Startle team.

The team were great, came out to try the art on the wall before we bought it. Tonia was brilliant. Made the whole experience really fun!! We will definitely buy again (when the piggy bank is replenished!)

Lovely gallery with a very good selection of art. The service we received from Henni was fabulous, even keeping the gallery open after business hours so we could get there to view the picture we were interested in. Nothing was too much trouble and our picture was delivered personally to our home in Cheshire by Simon. Highly recommend this gallery.

We visited Startle in Thornham whilst on holiday randomly and loved a piece by Maxim. Lily was fantastic when dealing with us and our queries. Simon hand delivered the piece which was great! So convenient and hassle free. We then saw another piece which I loved and Annabel dealt with us for that purchase, Annabel has been in communication with us throughout and very helpful! Simon is due to deliver next week (this is delayed as he wasn’t happy with the frame on our piece.) The service is very personal and the service we have received has been absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend Startle in Thornam!
