Smooth onboarding and investments, Customer support can be better but they get the job done.
Be aware - I requested the immediate closure of my account and the deletion of all my personal data pursuant to DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 because I opened the account - and decided not to invest here. But they don't close my account - even if they promised. I still get mails from them where they advertise their platforms - I don't want to get them. If they don't close my account within the next days, I'll inform the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection and notify the DFSA regarding this breach of conduct.

The customer service are very bad, I open WhatsApp chat with someone called Mohamed from Eygpt, the man instead to answer my questions , he start ask me questions, when I refused to answer and remind him that his job to answer not to ask then he just stopped from replying. That was not professional, also the questions he ask make remind me with those fake employers that get in work by fake agencies looking for percentage of any customer do investments.
