Excellent property investments, but with certain hiccups
SmartCrowd’s investment strategy is excellent, and that is what made me invest with them.
They excel at identifying the best properties and ensuring those investments are highly profitable for customers.
No company is without challenges, though.
SmartCrowd used to offer very usable web and mobile channels, with the web not only delivering a good user experience but also an excellent investment experience (e.g., reports).
Suddenly, this has deteriorated: the web now lacks key functions and the mobile app can no longer generate useful reports.
Customer support, which had been outstanding over the years, also has slipped slightly.
However, once you reach the right person, you still feel the old, excellent spirit.
I hope these hiccups are just temporary—and that’s why I’ve given a slightly overrated 4‑star rating.
I’m optimistic they’ll soon return to their original excellence, so I would be able to update this review with fully deserved 5 stars.

You’re absolutely right about the recent hiccups across the web platform, reporting, and support responsiveness. These are part of an ongoing transition as we upgrade our technology. We made the decision to prioritize the mobile app rollout first, which temporarily impacted some functionality on the web. We understand this hasn’t been ideal, and we appreciate your patience.
The web platform is currently being enhanced, and key features, including reporting, will be fully restored very soon with meaningful improvements.

Transparent with their cost. I have invested in FLIP, with their exit rate, I am confident that I will receive my ROI soon. The property was funded very quickly as well. Looking forward to it.

This company is doing really well so far as they are giving off monthly returns. It's just unfortunate that their App doesn't work in Pakistan but we're able to use their website that works smooth.

I am logged out of English version and moved to Arabic version. Many attempts to seek help made but no luck. Link blocked now and don't have access. Called their phone but with no answers. I need to sell some of the holdings but I am stuck now. Now accessible

1 étoile car le principe est bien , mais en beaucoup trop de frais , frais de transfere , frais de plateforme, frais pendant la location , a la revente revente sur le marché secondaire avec pas d'offre serieuse seulement des offre en dessous du marché et revente a perte, frais pour le retrait, en gros sa ne vaux pas le coup perte de temps et d'argent et le site est trop nul

- de trouver de l'argent via du financement participatif auprès de gens qui ne comprennent pas ce qui est derrière (des "investisseurs")
- de faire transiter l'argent par une multitude de filiales basées à l'étranger pour revenir ensuite en France sur des sociétés amies (sans vrais résultats).
- de faire rêver en vendant des projets à la mode (crypto, ecologie, immo, cinema, fast food, tout y passe, ..) mais en rémunérant surtout les dirigeants des sociétés/amis de la première heure du club a coup de gros salaires (l'activité du projet est secondaire, il suffit juste de faire semblant que le projet avance en expliquant les difficultés ou son incompétence).
- de recommencer en montrant la réussite des amis/dirigeants de la première heure pour trouver de nouveaux pigeons qui ne comprennent pas encore (les sommes a investir sont de plus en plus petites).
Bref, il ne faut mettre que l'argent dont on n'a pas besoin car vous ne reverrez rien dans ce système de Ponzi ...
