I ordered jiggers and im surprise that the volume are not the one specified on the site, i would have wanted to send them back but the cost of the shippement is too high.

Are you joking right? You chose the slowest delivery way and your order was shipped on 29/09/2021. Four business days have passed and you left one star review. International post takes up to 20 days in some case to deliver goods. You received an email with all the tracking details so you have the opportunity to check. Also there is an option to send us an email about the tracking of your order and not leave one star review. For your information reviews are for the total experience and not about shipping.
Sincerely,
The StarShaker team

Dear Mr. Salvati,
As it seems you are a bit impatient. You placed an order on 18/07/2021. As we mention in our terms and contortions we need up to 3 business days to prepare and ship your order. We shipped it the next business day from the day you placed the order, that means on 19/07/2021. You chose UPS Standard Service and as we also mention in our shipping terms UPS Standard Service needs 5-7 business days to deliver goods. As you are based in U.K. Delivery might delay because the customer clearance may take up to 5 business days to complete.
You also received the tracking number from the day we shipped the order and so far you received several emails and text messages that mention the way of the package.
We also mention in those email that we have no power after the package dispatch our facilities and you have to contact your local carrier for further information.
In any case today is 28/07 early in the morning and still your package will be deliver soon between the timeline that we mentioned earlier
Therefore we believe that one star is at least unfair and malicious as well.
Thank you very much for your order and next time try to solve issues contacting us first rather that uploading a vicious review first.
Kind Regards,
The STARSHAKER team
Excellent from every aspect

20€ to ship a small jigger from Greece…
20€ to ship a small jigger from Greece to Portugal is way to much! It should never be more than 5€. It’s two EU counties.
It’s a shame because you guys have awesome products and if the shipping wasn’t so expensive I could order more often

Dear Mr Fernandez,
Thank you very much for your review. We want to let you know the following:
First of all we are not a shipping company, so letting a review regarding shipping fee is a shame. You should be reviewing in many assets such as quality of products, customer support, price of the product etc. it is at least unethical to write a review and give one star only for shipping price.
Secondly you sent us a message on instagram asking for shipping fee to Portugal. We explained that is a fixed price for the most countries in Europe and we can’t do any discount on shipping fee.
Before completing your order you were able to check again the total cost and the cost of shipping. You agreed with our terms and conditions and you completed your order. That means you agreed with the price of shipping. You were able to cancel your order if you thought that price of shipping was too much for you.
We believe that one star for just shipping fee is way to low and it’s not fair.
In any case thank you for your review.
Unexpectedly fast service
