Terrible, horrible unscrupulous company, they refused to give me a refund for a dress that I did not receive, in the end I has to get a refund from my credit card. Nasty nasty people, avoid like the plague!

It is all a scam, cheap rubbish stuff from China using a fake Australian address for return at costly postage. Refund promised with notification but no refund made, a total lie while the item was returned to me from the genuine Australian warehouse confirming no association with this fake company. The item delivered had no resemblance to what was posted online. Trisha from customer support a real scammer. They used a both a Shopify address and a 'co.uk' as well. Be very aware of these 2 addresses.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER COMPANY. Send items nothing Like what they advertise. Then do not respond when you try and return leaving you out of pocket with items not fit for purpose. Steer clear

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a suit not the colour in picture had to return at my cost to Australia to an address that they supplied. Today it has come back to me not known at this address. I think this is a scam company be warned use at your own peril!!!!!!!!

I ordered a dress, which I had to chase in order to get it in time for the event I was attending. The dress arrived and was not like the dress advertised. It was poor quality material, poor quality stitching and the wrong size. It was supposed to be a medium (10-12), but was more like a size 4 or 6 waist. I asked for a refund. After several emails, I finally got a return address in Australia. I paid £22.90 to return the dress using a tracked service, as requested, only for the dress to be returned to me saying the recipient was not affiliated with the business this item was purchased from. All a huge scam. Very disappointed. And need to figure out how to now get my money back

Terrible company. Cheap, nasty Chinese stuff Poorly made. Never to be used. Refunds impossible to get.

The shoes I bought were rubbish and when I tried to return them they told me to return to an address in Australia, at my own expense of course. I was eventually promised a 30% refund which has not arrived. Do not deal with this company!

I was sent shoddy poor quality sandals evidently from China despite being led to believe that I was dealing with a European firm. Sandals seemed a bargain and good quality being reduced from £70 to £32.95. I was shocked to receive the sandals and complained immediately being told that to save me the expense of returning them to AUSTRALIA I would be given 40% refund which I begrudgingly accepted. No refund given and unable to make contact with the company as email address which i had lodged my original complaint (Trish) seems to have been blocked

Do not buy from this company, they give the impression of being a UK company with a flashy website, purporting to be exquisite, I ordered sandals which were late arriving, I tried to cancel the order, I couldn’t, when they arrived they were shoddy, poorly made and I was then told I had to return them to Australia for a refund. They have since offered a refund of 50% then 80% but never honoured it. My advice is to start a chargeback procedure with your card issuer. This causes Regent Society costs and a full refund of your money.

Don't buy from this company. The cut of the garment would not fit any body shape. I asked repeatedly where the shipping was from and never got an answer. Because of time constraints I went ahead and ordered, the shipping took 4 times as long as advertised and when I found out the return address was in Australia I was furious, return shipping cost £30. Don't buy from this company

Awful. Slow delivery. Awful quality when it did arrive. Cheap material, pulled threads and not true to size. When I complained I found to return I had to post to Australia! Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a dress, poor quality, stitching coming away, poor fitting. Took it to try and have it altered and it can't even be amended its that poorly made. I would give zero stars if I could.

Don’t be fooled by the fancy slick website.

The “linen dress”, which looked great on their photos cost £60- reduced apparently from £85-.
When it arrived it was clear it had never been near a natural product throughout its production. Synthetic +++++++

Dress finally arrived with no label.
No place of manufacture.
No details of what the dress was made of.
No washing instructions.

Complained and offered a 15% discount and keep the dress…… as if id keep such a shockingly bad product. This increased to 30%, again I declined.

All returns are to be posted to Australia at the buyer’s cost, in my case this was £23-.

From my experience I would recommend not to buy from this sham of a company.

I bought an item and it was delivered 2.5 weeks after purchase… and after the event I needed it for - when I asked for a refund, the policy say 30 days, costs to person returning - which is fine… little do you know it’s tracked shipping to Australia.

They started off offering me a 25% refund.. no reason why I couldn’t return, then when I pressed for a return they increased the offer to 30%, then 50% and I settled on 70% as I continued to decline wanting to return but now having to pay silly amounts for a return and I was already out of pocket buying a new dress - they are not transparent or reputable - shipped from China…. The quality is crap, - I’d say it’s a glorified Shein - more expensive but quality just as crap - probably from the same warehouse !! WARNING DO NOT BUY

Awful company, 100% a scam. Despite advertising as a British clothing company with an address in the Netherlands, returns are at some random address in Australia and are at your own cost

This company is a joke. Advertised from the UK domain website, however sandals ordered have been shipped from CHINA which took c10 day to arrive. When received, the quality was appalling and not as advertised. There is no option to request a return so had to request it via email. Whilst customer service team was responsive, they requested to return sandals via tracked order to AUSTRALIA!!! What kind of operation is this and is it even legal to mislead customers like this? I've requested the refund without returning sandals as the postage as cost would likely cost a fortune and they only offered 30% refund initially. I demanded full refund on the grounds of being mislead, however they only counteroffered 40% which I reluctantly accepted. I am appalled by this fraudulent company - stay away!

I ordered a pair of simple flat leather shoes. I thought from the style of the website that it might be a front for a Chinese outlet (which was confirmed by the order tracking information) so my expectations weren't high. The shoes arrived quite quickly and were actually exactly as shown in the online photograph, though the soles had an unpleasant smell. They didn't fit the shape of my feet, so I decided to return them. If they had fitted, I would have kept them, as the quality more or less matched what I paid.
The Regent Society website has a returns and refunds section at the bottom of the page. The company address is in the Netherlands, and it states that customers must pay the full cost of returning an item. The impression given is that customers returning something would have to send it to the Netherlands. However, in order to return anything, you have to email customer services, which I did. I had a very prompt and courteous response from them, giving me several options-
1) Return the shoes for a full refund but to an address in Australia (!). Additionally, this would have to be by tracked mail, which is more expensive
2)Keep the shoes which didn't fit and opt for a refund to the value of 15% of the purchase price
3)keep the shoes and get a store credit towards something else to the value of 75% of the original purchase price
4)Exchange the shoes for a different size or another item of the same value at no extra cost--I'm not sure what this means as I imagine I would have to post the shoes back to Australia at a cost amounting to 33% of the price I paid! I don't think it means they'll send me an additional item for nothing while I get to keep my first order, but it's not at all clear.
I opted to post the shoes back to Australia and chalk it off as a regrettable experience. They will go off tomorrow and I hope I'll get my money back at some point.
The lesson I've learned is that this is unfortunately just a better presented online Chinese shop which is probably best avoided.

Rip Off DO NOT ORDER. Advertising 5 Trust Pilot stars when directed via Shopify. Its not 5 stars when you go to Trust Pilot.
Ordered an advertised LINEN dress for a summer party. Arrived late and is fully POLYESTER and a grubby white. NOT what I ordered. They are refusing to refund and offered a 10 then 30% discount. They want me to pay for them sending the wrong goods. Now they won't reply.

DO NOT BUY. This company is misleading and dare I say a scam. I ordered a linen dress for £59.95 and received a synthetic dress without tags. The website is a uk address, with physical address in the Netherlands. I also believe their VAT number to be fake. I asked to return the dress and told that I would need to pay for postage to send back to Australia for a full refund. I have also received multiple emails increasing a refund of now 60% if I keep the dress. I have reported this company to my bank and raised a dispute.
