I ordered a linen jacket it took weeks to arrive and when it did not only it was too small the quality was like a dish rag the sleeve was dirty and it was nothing like the picture on their website. I have tried to ask for a refund but only to be told it will a lengthy process and offered me 30% as the shipping cost will be high.
I havea gut feeling I will not get a refund from this company. Please not not use this company it could be scam

Shysters. Purport to be a UK based boutique. My shirts were sent directly from China, stuffed into a small polythene bag. Supposed to be linen but no makers label or any other info. Using their size guide I ordered large, should have fitted 42.5 inch chest, I measured 40, couldn’t even put them on.
Sorted out with my bank, if they want them back they can send me a returns label, but it would probably cost more than the shirts are worth.

I received my dress today the size is wrong as very big. Material looks cheap and doesn’t look like the photo.

Do not buy from them. They sent the wrong dress. I asked for a refund and I would return. After countless email exchanges they kept offering a partial refund. Starting with 15% then 30% then 50% They pointed out it would cost me more hassle to send the dress back.

I wish there was a zero stars option!

This company has a co.uk website and an address in the Netherlands. The shoes I ordered were supposed to be for plantar fasciitis but were cheap and unsupportive. When I asked to return they just kept offering me increasing partial refunds before saying I had to send them back to Australia!

I’ll be contacting my credit card company and reporting to Action Fraud UK. It’s a massive scam - AVOID!

This is definitely a scam company. I ordered linen trousers (£50) and received a 100% polyester ridiculous sized trousers I wouldn't even give to charity. Forget about trying to return for a refund, it's a big scam!

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Scam of a company. Difficult when trying to initiate a return.
The quality of the clothes terrible and cheap. Sizing is off the scale also.

The jacket i received is shocking, really poor quality and nothing like on the site. After numerous emails I have been offered a partial refund but the jacket which cost £49 is not worth a fiver. For a full refund Regent Society want me to return to an address in Australia where as the item came from the Netherlands?
Really poor customer service, keep fobbing me off, I have had to take this matter up with my bank.

It's false advertisement, and dropshipping from China. Which isn't a bad thing if they didn't mark up the price an additional 30 pounds.

You're better off buying from aliexpress.

Bought two pairs of sandals which took far too long to arrive - a number of days outwith their delivery times. Main issue is that one pair was faulty with a mark and I am getting nowhere with many emails asking for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are only offering me 30% refund and to keep the sandals (which I don't want because of the mark evident on the top). Both pairs are poor quality too. Next step will a chargeback from my bank.

In my opinion this company is a scam! Avoid. I stupidly saw the exact dress as one on Nobody’s Child’s website but cheaper. Stupidly I fell for it and chose to order from Regents Society. The dress turned out up like a bit of rag - different shade and not at all the same style of dress. I have been had. You can’t return like you can with all other retailers, these guys make it very difficult. You have to email them. They responded asking for photos of the dress and why you want to return even though I had told them. I sent the photos and they STILL respond offering a 15% partial refund to keep the dress. I had already told them the dress was only worth putting in the bin so why would I want to keep it for 15% refund. Anyway the saga goes on… I have no idea if I will get a refund. Avoid… they need reporting.

Ordered a dress for £31 and had a very disappointing experience. The company refused to process a straightforward return unless I provided photos, even though the item is unused, unworn, and still has tags attached.

Their own refund policy clearly states that items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original packaging, which mine is. Despite this, they pushed a 15% partial refund instead – which is only around £4 – rather than properly honouring a full return.

They also expect customers to cover international return shipping, which makes the process even more frustrating and expensive.

Overall, poor customer service and not in line with their own stated policy. I would not recommend.

I would like to commend customer support I had some issues understand the delivery and customer support was very clear and helped me understand everything

I bought a fairly expensive cashmere jumper, but when it arrived found it to be one of the cheapest garments I've ever seen, the type you see for sale in a pound shop. And the label quite clearly states 'Made in China - 100% Polyester.' I've asked for a refund but had no reply. These jumpers are still for sale, and still described as cashmere, so beware, you might not get what you think you've bought.

Amazing quality and a perfect fit — you can really tell this brand pays attention to detail and excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be ordering again!
