I placed an order on June 1. Did not receive my order. After 1 phone call and 2 emails received information stating one of the bars was sold out. So I gave three flavor replacements, quickly received an email with the confirmation of the change and that I would receive another email when my order is shipped. Still no email and when I track my order on Shop it still shows just that they received the order. I enjoy these bars but for the price, I shouldn’t be chasing customer service to find out where my order is. Fun fact my friend ordered on June 1st as well, received her order and ordered more a week later and has gotten that order as well.

First off, I surprised by the number of 5 star reviews posted on Dec 10. And if they really are all genuine buyers who gushed about their experience, the company has taken a very sharp turn in the last 5 months.
Second, on their site, it says orders are fulfilled in about 24 hours. Not true. It took 2 weeks for my order to be fulfilled and shipped off. When it arrived, the packaging and bars were top quality.
Three, I ordered 3 different flavors after reading reviews on their site. 2 are pretty awful (Cacao Salt Caramel Peanut and Peanut Butter Mousse). Like the flavors don't blend together. It's actually a little bizarre. Only one is edible and something I would consider eating again. But they're too expensive to want to order again when it's just edible and not better tasting than other protein bars. I really wanted to like these because of the clean ingredients that are also SIBO/Fodmap friendly. But I don't want to chance trying another flavor since I can't get a refund.
Lastly, it seems suspicious that they don't allow their customers to leave reviews about the products they purchased.

Actually a 1 is too hood. Good prodect but terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong item and now are charging me to send the correct item! Don’t deal with them unless you want aggravation

First off, I ordered my protein bars on
May 10. They weren’t ever shipped until I reached out to them via email asking why they hadn’t been shipped. It wasn’t until after that, where I even saw my order was processed and ready to ship! Finally received my order today, May 18, and they only sent me a package of 10 bars and not the pack of 30 that I ordered and paid for! Of course you can’t speak with anyone over the phone. I’m extremely disappointed with this company!

The wrong shipment was sent. After days of leaving phone messages and emails and sending pictures of the box and items I was told that the remaining order was out of stock. That being said they did not credit my account for the items not received nor was there any explanation until I had to chase them for one. Again, after sending emails requesting they credit my account they sent messages asking the same question that was answered in my original email. So far, no credit has been received.

I ordered the Lemon Iced Cookie. It is not a cookie, nor does ot look like the picture on the box. It is a typical soft protein bar with no flavor and odd crunchy pieces. When I contacted the support email about a refund, it was a no because you can't return food. Bair and switch on t he product and horrible service.

Subscription took 8 days to fill, no explanation.

I ordered April 14 and have still not received the product. I sent email they said they fulfilling orders. I sent email back about the faq commenting the statement is different than what is happening with my order. They responded with the generic response with thank you for ordering. I am just hoping they taste good. Maybe my thought will change but so far I am turned off by this company. Change your faq response if you can’t deliver what you promised

I really do love these bars. Went through my first pack in less than two weeks. They don't taste artificial, unlike many. And they are not too sweet. Every flavor is delicious. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the shipping time. I ordered on April 13, and as of April 20, the order still hasn't been processed. Worth the wait? Probably. But their website says the product ships within 1-2 days. I did talk to customer service today, and they were great... but in today's day, it is unusual to wait two weeks for a product. It's likely due to their high demand, but still. Maybe list that on the site so people can allow more time for reordering.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Buyer beware.

I ordered $100 worth of bars that I remembered loving from a couple of years ago. What I received this time was *nothing like the original* — the formula had clearly changed, and the bars were borderline inedible.

I reached out to customer service to ask if the formula had changed, only to receive a string of canned, impersonal responses that completely ignored my questions. There was zero care, zero accountability, and zero effort to actually help.

To make matters worse, I was under the impression that my auto-ship had been canceled after expressing I’d never order again — only to find a new $100 charge on my card. I immediately contacted the company asking them to hold or refund the order *before it shipped.* They claimed it had “already shipped,” which was untrue. The tracking information wasn’t even created until the next day, and the package sat in their warehouse. Even after pointing that out, they refused to stop shipment or issue a refund.

Their final response? *“We don’t accept returns or refunds due to contamination.”* In other words, I’m out $100 for a product I didn’t want and won’t use.

This company’s policies and customer service are unethical at best and deceitful at worst. When a company puts profits before people, it always catches up to them. I run a coaching business serving hundreds of clients, and had this been a positive experience, I would have recommended their brand widely — resulting in thousands of dollars in potential sales for them. Instead, they’ve lost not only my business but the trust of anyone I can reach.

If you’re considering purchasing from this company, **don’t.** They are not customer-centric, they don’t stand behind their products, and they make it nearly impossible to resolve legitimate issues. This experience was a complete disappointment, and I can only hope others avoid the same mistake.

I’ve been trying a variety of high-protein bars over the past several years, focusing on options that are dairy- and gluten-free. I had been considering the Stars + Honey protein bars for months before deciding to place an order. They are significantly more expensive than the bars that I order and eat regularly. But, they are high in protein, do not contain dairy, gluten or sugar alcohols.

I found the flavor I purchased - Peanut butter and blackberry - dry and chalky tasting. My initial reaction was: edible but not worth the price.

Unfortunately, after eating one bar on two separate occasions (about a week apart), I experienced significant digestive issues, including severe gas, cramping, and diarrhea. Since I eat all the ingredients other than allulose in the product, It seems likely that I am reacting to the allulose.

I checked with the company and they do not give refunds, Since not everyone reacts as I do to allulose, I will offer the remaining bars to others with a caution about the allulose.

The customer service is horrible. I placed an order on a Friday morning. Naturally, I would not expect it to be shipped or processed on Friday. Monday evening, I’m checking the order, still says Order placed. Awaiting fulfillment. Tuesday evening is still the same Order placed. Awaiting fulfillment. So I called the customer service number, leave a message with my phone number for them to give me a call back. I did not receive a call back from customer service. Saw their email address sent an email, no response. Wednesday I’m checking still says Order placed. Awaiting fulfillment. The website says they’ll normally fill it within 24 hours. This is 3 1/2 days later no reply no fulfillment still waiting. First time ordering from this company, this is not a good first impression. I think I’ll go back to David protein bars, at least they ship your orders and communicate with you when you contact them.

I purchased product from Stars & Honey on March 1st. Today is March 16th and still no product. Customer support is through social media, email or phone number. I recieve the same response back by email, so I assume those are AI answered. I've left two voicemails for assistance. Their phone automatically goes to a voicemail box. Still waiting for social media to solve this challenge and that's an oxymoron...

Taste is great, love them HOWEVER, I've ordered twice. First time took a week before they processed my order and then another week to arrive. I emailed them and they stated they had more orders than they were able to process. I said, ok, change your website cause it states clearly "We aim to ship orders out within 24 hours of receiving them." I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I order again - this time its even worse! I ordered on 3/7, and I am still waiting for it to be shipped and now it'll take another week to arrive once they actually ship it. I email them and each time with excuse after excuse. Do Better Stars and Honey!

When i ordered it said 24 hour shipping, one week later have not heard anything, got an email saying they were backlogs, won't be buying these again, better choices elsewhere!!!!!

Hands down the best tasting bar I have ever had and the ingredients do not upset my stomach like so many others do. Under 200 calories is a plus! These are my new staple for on the go fuel.

Some flavors are okay but many were disappointing. I was looking for a breakfast bar for convenience as I am quite busy. These looked good on video so I decided to give them a shot.

The first flavor tasted good enough so I subscribed. All of a sudden, my subscription cost went up abruptly and dramatically on an already overpriced product, and without prior warning. I questioned it but got very poor customer service response. As a result, I discovered a better protein bar call Aloha. They have a vast variety of flavors. They're all very tasty with the right amount of crunch. I will not recommend Stars and Honey to anyone.

I purchased two boxes based on positive reviews from the website. I will share both bars were overly artificial and bitter with a strong aftertaste. Also, the bars are smaller than many bars I have tried and are expensive per bar.
I contacted customer service after trying one bar from each box. They do not take returns and would not work with me on even leaving a review on their site.
I purchased the peanut butter raspberry and the salted caramel peanut butter. Both had a very strong artificial taste and aftertaste. The salted caramel was almost inedible. I threw half of the bar away. Sadly, they do not taste like dessert and do not even taste like many protein bars that are edible. I would recommend buyer beware.

Never got my order! I have tried to cancel but was told it is too late to do so. Never shipped. No tracking. No nothing! Over-priced! Just reading other reviews and seeing they DO have poor customer service. NO returns! NO refunds! NO product! Ugh!

Stars & Honey has poor customer service. You call them and all you get is voicemail. I have emailed them....and still waiting to hear back from them.
