Elizabeth with Starr Explorer is truly the BEST! She has booked many trips for me over the years, and I wouldn’t want to plan my travel with anyone else. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating, and her attention to detail is exceptional.
What really sets Elizabeth apart is that she doesn’t just book the trip and send you on your way. She takes the time to research the area I’m traveling to, finds activities and things I might enjoy while I’m there, and will even take care of booking those experiences for me when I need her to. She thinks about the little details that can turn a good trip into an amazing one.
Her communication is fantastic. I always receive my itineraries quickly, everything is organized and easy to understand, and she is very easy to reach if I have questions or need to make changes.
