Loved the packaging. Each item very securely and safely wrapped to prevent breakages but pretty too which was a lovely touch. Contact on email was also great, I knew exactly what was happening with my order. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing! I will certainly be ordering again very soon 😊

Hi Marina
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment.
We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for an order, especially when it’s something you’re looking forward to. However, we’d like to kindly note that a rolling banner is displayed across every page of our website informing customers that all orders placed during our short business break would be dispatched on 9th July, as also outlined in our shipping policy.
We do our best to communicate any delays clearly and transparently to avoid confusion, and we regret if this was not clear. We welcome any feedback to help make such delays more clear in the future
Your order is scheduled to be shipped promptly on the date mentioned, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. If there’s anything else we can assist you with in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us
Kindest regards
Starburst Interiors

The products are beautiful and great value for money. Unfortunately, although packaged very well, my items arrived damaged. The customer service was brilliant. They couldn’t replace my goods because they were out of stock so refunded me immediately.

Thank you for your review and for your question. Unfortunately a few months ago the rules changed for businesses to ship from Mainland UK to Northern Ireland - However, I believe the rules are now that business to customers is acceptable without the need for customs etc. I am hoping to be able to ship direct to NI again very soon :)
