Sorry to hear your item hasn't yet been received. Upon checking, we can see your order was placed on the 5th July and dispatched the next day by Royal Mail 1st Class post. This is an untracked service - hence you were unable to track your order using the website tracking link.

No problems using CoolNovelties
It was cheaper to buy direct from CoolNovelties website than their ebay posting. I found it easy to order and track my item as a guest from them which arrived in the post quickly. Everything was as described and working well.

Solid place for unique cables.
I needed a specific cable for my CTM644 and was surprised to see they had actually existed and they had them in stock. I put the wrong info for the address, but they caught it and contacted me to quickly fix it. Super helpful and will be ordering from them again in the future.
