We contacted Standard Life on Weds 16th of July and asked someone in the Drawdown Dept if we could have také out funds to urgently replace a main door and windows that had become beyond repair. We received an offer on Tuesday 22nd July. Just had an email confirmation that the funds will be in our bank account on Friday 25th July. Can't get better service than that!!
