they claim to be about ownership but not one of them take ownership of their actions and how they treat employees. they set people up for failure. If you are not Anthony, Max, Dave, Carl, then you mean nothing to them. The owners of the company will never have your back they stick up for the GC's only. And you have meetings like crazy that you do not have time to actually do your job. Be careful when you apply for a job. Just know you don't matter to the company.

The impersonator contacted me after I submitted a quote request, and had access to private company information, including exact equipment pricing and current invoice numbers -- not publicly available details.

Additionally, their auction practices are unethical. They bid on their own items to manipulate prices, effectively creating hidden and shifting reserve prices. When registering for an auction, they ask for your budget, which they seemingly use to push the bid up to your spending limit. Don't be surprised when items you were outbid on reappear in later auctions. This is deceptive, anti-consumer behavior.

In my view, this is a dishonest company that tolerates fraud and exploits its customers. I strongly advise against doing any business with Surplus Solutions LLC.
