SRJWINDOWS Scotland Omdömen

Very pleased with new door, good communication from company, work was to a high standard, would use this company again

I decided I wanted to replace my patio doors with French doors and also update the front and back doors due to the existing ones letting in drafts. The staff at SRJ Windows were fantastic, from an initial visit I did to their showroom, to a home visit, installation and follow up plaster work. All of the staff involved were helpful, professional and made the process easy.
The variety of options available were extensive and they provided guidance on the best options for my situation. I am very happy with the results, my purple front door makes me smile whenever i come home. The change from patio to french door has been great, especially in the warmer weather as it has allowed better connection betweem the house and gardens.
The quality of the doors and by the installation team was superb and I would definitely recommend them.

From the initial contact there was no pressure. We never felt pressurised and had plenty of time to consider if we wanted to proceed. When we decided that we were going to accept the quote, we were given a complete breakdown of the various ways we could consider for payment.
When the team arrived to complete the job they arrived on time, were polite and tidy workmen. The whole job was completed on time and there was no mess left behind for us to clear away. We were aware that there are cheaper companies around, however SRJ have a good reputation and a first class 10 year warranty on their kit. Both my wife and I are well pleased with the new windows and the follow up service given.

Probably the smoothest installations we have had. The door met all our expectations.

Very professional and great customer service.

From start to finish the company were great. Top quality products too. I would definitely recommend.

Second time using Srj, wouldn’t use anyone else.

They were on time every day

The team that fitted our widows were second to none they were courteous and hard working they also cleaned up before they left house was spotless

Great bunch of guys - great service - great product.
Always arrived when they said they would. Admin staff also very polite.

Great staff , great product. No issue

Fitters arrived on time - remove and replace front door and back with French doors. Both fitters were pleasant, respectful and very efficient. Very tidy, removed all rubbish, swept and cleared working area.Excellent customer service from all staff, from first contact till completion.
Would highly recommend SRJ

Great product and great service from start to finish. Window fitters done a great job on the day, fitting 3 windows with no mess left at all.

Dependable & informative from day one. After sales reliability. I would recommend them to my friend and family.

Really easy from start to finish. Ordering was simple and no sales pitch just recommendations then fitted within about 4 weeks. Arrived on time, no mess and done quickly. If it wasn’t for the lovely new door you’d never have thought they’d been!

From the start to finish SRJ looks after their customers. I felt listened to, and they answered any query instantly. The day of the installation, the team informed me of how they would proceed and kept me up to date with everything. They made me feel at ease in my home. Would recommend SRJ definitely.

From start to finish we had great service. Jill was knowledgeable and very friendly in the showroom. Darrel who came to measure up and provide the quote for the door was friendly and told us everything we needed to know and guided us perfectly to the product we needed/wanted. The fitting team were very prompt and efficient and tidied up any mess after themselves too! Very happy with our new front door! Great service all round - would recommend SRJ 😊

Recently I have had three installations from srj the latest being a new kitchen door and window, each time from the initial call to the completed installation was done in a very professional manner, I cannot fault srj and would highly recommend them.

From start to finish everything was done professionally. The salesperson was pleasant and up front about costs. The fitters and the person who came to measure everything was extremely helpful.

We were looking to replace our front door and initially drawn to SRJ as they have a large showroom with an extensive range on display. We spoke with a member of the team there who provided information to help us with our choices. The next step was for someone to call round and discuss the various options available and if requested, provide an estimate. Darrel was very knowledgeable, he spent time with us explaining various details, features and considerations which helped us narrow down the door for us and we were more than happy to proceed with SRJ and the price quoted. Following a survey, the door was ordered and a day arranged for it to be fitted. Jack and Murray did an excellent job, professional, courteous and tidy. Within the week a plasterer attended to finish the surround.

Throughout the process, we have been impressed with each and every member of the team we have had contact with, in person and on the phone, the level and standard of communication and the quality of work and attention to detail. The door has been in place now for about 2 months and we are very happy with it. We would not hesitate to recommend SRJ Windows and indeed, should we come to replace our windows, we will call on them.
