From first survey to installation srj we're professional at every stage of the way now we have a beautiful door and window in the kitchen, highly recommend srj

All the staff were great, friendly and helpful. No mess left and the windows are perfect !

Thank you

All of the team were so friendly and helpful. The door is perfect and I had a great experience throughout the process. I will absolutely be using SRJ Windows again!

Very friendly staff at the SRJ showroom. Relaxed atmosphere but no hard sell. Jill provided us with a lot of useful info and some brochures to look through at our leisure.
We later asked for an appointment to get a costing to replace our front door. The appointment was a few days later and the salesman was very friendly and clear with what would and wouldn’t work with the space. We decided to go ahead and place an order and we’re happy with the price and the interest free option.
The fitting date was changed a couple of times but we were kept notified and the rescheduled dates made to suit our timetable.
Door fitters were friendly, clean workers and made a lovely job fitting the door.
My new door looks fabulous, particularly in the evening when our indoor lights highlight the beautiful glass panels. Delighted!!

The whole experience was 1st class from start to finish. The installation went smoothly and the workmen were courteous and professional

Staff were brilliant from start to finish, quick and efficient, great finish and spotless husbandry

The guys turned up on time, we're very polite, cleaned up at the back of them and gave good instructions on care and use. Im so happy with my new door. Would definitely use again

Good ,reliable installers ,and professional company. No dramas. Our door was fitted on time. workmanship and quality of finish was very good.

Great service, easy installation. I'm happy with my new window

First class tradesmen and a great team everyone was extremely helpful with the installation of new doors no hard sales pressure very satisfied with the work carried out

2 windows and a door installed. The team knew what they were doing so started immediately and did a great job, completing the work in one day as planned and tidied up after themselves.

Fast highly efficient friendly during purchase through installation would recommend to anyone.

We had another great experience with SRJ who fitted new sliding doors for us. This is now the third time we have used SRJ and we were really impressed with the service and product again! We would definitely continue to use them in future and recommend them.

Very friendly and competent company, very good communication at every stage. Initial meeting with sales person was great, he was knowledgeable and chatty with no pressure. Definitely recommend

Superb service.
Door fantastic, tradesmen absolutely top drawer , so neat and tidy.
After care also superb with calls to check all good.
Highly highly recommend this company

From visiting the showroom right through to completion everything went smoothly with no problems.
On the installation date the fitting team turned up early after phoning to ask if it was ok. The guys were very friendly and got on with the job, once completed they cleaned up after themselves and showed us how to look after and maintain the door.
We are more than happy with the service, quality of goods supplied and workmanship from SRJ and would not hesitate to use them again

All the staff are really friendly, professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The joiners were very efficient and tidied up afterwards

From start to finish the whole process has been superb. The surveyor was very informative and the team of Stuart and Davey were excellent. They are extremely hard working and professional and have installed my new windows to a high standard. I would 100% recommend SRJ windows if you need to replace yours . Beautiful windows

Front door replaced, great quality and expertly fitted, very respectful of my property, after care service very in valuable, extremely competitive prices and reliable service...highly recommend

First class company from first to last.
Great communication every step of the way. Was able to book an installation date to suit ourselves and was then completed in the time frame given.
The installation was first class as we worried whether we would have to redecorate but the guys completed the installation and we barely had to touch up our painting. We'd had Harling on our outside walls and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the installation was completed without much repair required. The guys highlighted where a repair was required and the follow up to repair it was smooth and we were kept in the loop as to the completion of the repair.
The installation of four windows went better than expected and can't praise the workmanship highly enough.
This was the second time we have used SRJ and we would thoroughly recommend this company for your replacement window requirements. Very professional from first to last with skilled and friendly fitters.
Fantastic, stress free experience.
