Extremely slow sending which often fails.

No customer support.

Trish was an absolute joy to work with! I was overwhelmed & not confident in what needed to be done. She patiently walked me through every step, followed up with me several times and even called me to follow up! Trish is a lifesaver!

I've used SRFAX for about 5 years and wanted to add a new feature of a Subaccount allowing clients to be able to "Fax Only" to my account. The customer service from Christina was flawless and she was very patient and reviewed everything after she set up the account so we could manage it well moving forward. She is one of the best agents we have ever encountered with any company and knowledge of service/set-up was excellent. This is a service to use for very reasonable fees.

Trish at Customer Support was really helpful in resolving my question. She was really friendly and informative, especially considering I didn't have the technical expertise to articulate what my actual question was.

SRFax is an amazing company. Very user friendly and reliable software, especially secure for healthcare faxes. Their customer service is especially good. I recently worked with Trish in their CS department and she answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable and professional manner.

Trish was wonderful at assisting me with a stalled fax, the reason it stalled and recommendations to avoid in future. She also established some settings for my outgoing faxes that I didn't realize I had!

The support agent was very well versed on HIPAA and was able to suggest changes we might need to be in compliance.

We had an old credit card on file and needed to update it. I was unable to do so on the website due to not being an admin. I called the support line and a live human picked up right away and got me sorted after verifying my identity and access to the account. She was so kind and efficient. A rare experience to talk to a live person so quickly and easily. Thank you SR Fax for your amazing service.

I put in a ticket online to address a tech issue on my end. A few hours later I received instructions to call customer service. I called and was helped by Felson who understood my request (not an easy feat) and resolved the issue for me in less than two minutes.

Trish was THE nicest. It was a pleasure talking to Trish today, she was so warm and thorough with her explanations. She was also really helpful and had my best interests at heart.

Trish listened to my issues and was quick to make notes and investigate the issues i was having. She took my details and called me back with answers within the hour which was very impressive. She had done some investigation an found a great solution for me. Trish talked me through the issue, the solution and waited on the phone while i did what was needed.
