Just bought some replacement gas struts…

Just bought some replacement gas struts for my bed after the originals gave up .
Found spring fix on google and I'm so glad I did .
Contacted them on Sunday afternoon and to my amazement a actual human contacted me , we sorted out what was needed , price fantastic, service superb and quality 100%.
Only downside was the Yodel driver, who tried to post them through a small letterbox , typical yodel and nothing to do with Springfix.
Would I use them again, and would I recommend them .
YOU BET I WOULD .

Brilliant customer service

It’s not often that I leave reviews for companies but SpringFix exceeded all my expectations of how far a company normally goes to give great customer service. I was trying to get hold of a piston for an ottoman bed, that wasn’t standard size in the UK. They managed to source a custom one for me and shipped within 2 weeks. Exceptional!

We were not aware that two units had been ordered by mistake. We also have not received any return request from you so far. However, we are always happy to assist with a return.

All product dimensions, measurements, photographs and technical drawings are clearly provided in our listings, and the item supplied matches the stated specifications and measurements exactly.
