I have ordered the Quitters Bundle

I have ordered the Quitters Bundle. With Postage, this was 50+ euro. The diary was received, but not the wallpaper or the digital tracker. I have written to them by email 4 times. I have received no reply. I have tried to write a review on their website, but surprise surprise, it doesn't function (they have 5 star reviews on there, but no one can add any recent reviews). In short: They don't deliver + customer service is non existent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have the front of a socially responsible company, but the reality is very different.

pedi 7 agendas para la empresa, no hubo opcion de poner direccion de envio y otro de facturacion. en el momento del pedido les pedi que lo pusiera la factura en nombre de la empresa y han negado varias veces. una empresa de steven bartlett que me encanta sus podcasts deberia tener un nivel minimo. i ordered 7 diaries, there was no option for an invoice address so when i bought i immediately asked for the invoice (not yet issued) be put in my company name, they refused saying it is impossible (i am a company owner..and it is simple). i am a big admirer of steven bartlett and am really disappointed with the service. any company can make this change easily.

Arrived eventually...

UPDATED. After opening a dispute with my credit card. I was contacted by Lauren from the company. My problem has been escalated. Lauren was very polite and apologetic. I quickly received my products, and have closed my dispute. I've been told I'll be given a £10 refund. The whole thing has been a hassle, I missed my wife's birthday. But they did finally deliver.

My wife and I love the thought provoking YouTube channel.

For her birthday I wanted to buy my wife the diary and the conversation cards.

I purchased the items on 26th April, emailed the company on 4th May. Got a very quick response from Dee:

"Please accept my apologies for any delay, as we were awaiting fresh stock of our Converaation Cards so that both items could be dispatched together.

Your order was completed and is prepared for dispatch, and once again please accept my deepest apologies."

Ok, I thought, good prompt reply I'll wait. Birthday came and went.

Emailed again on 13th May, no reply.

I emailed again 15th May. No reply. Its now 19th May. Nothing.

There is no phone or other contacts information, so I'm going to cancel via my credit card.

Very sad and disappointed.

What an absolute joke (and you have to…

What an absolute joke (and you have to laugh). I ordered my diary in November/December expecting it to arrive within 3-5 days as most things do...no.....we have to wait a few weeks apparently....(build the anticipation?!) then they have run out of stock...then they apparently sent one but it never arrived....tried with another, which was never sent (they'd run out of stock again..but don't worry as I was / am a priority...eek) and then when I complained again in January, they offered me my money back and said that they would send me one as a gesture of goodwill. That was a month ago..still no diary in sight. I know....laughable. I don't want the diary now...it's all a complete shambles. I've never known anything like it. If anyone is good with supply chain logistics, I'd give Steve a call! Haha.

Got my hands on 3 lovely new 1% Diaries for 2025.
Handed over £107.31 of my money which was swiftly processed.
This was Thursday 21st November. It is now Tuesday 17th December, and despite receiving a communication that my diaries ARE in transit, they seem to be holidaying in Basildon since Friday 13th December.
Yes, I have sent an email, the first was on Saturday 7th December and another today. First email response was: I'm happy to let you know that your order has been processed and is currently being prepped for dispatch. You should receive the order mid-December, before Christmas: (was prepped, are you for real: I ordered on 21st November)
Still waiting.

Shame on you Steven Bartlett for putting your face/name to this disaster. Not sure how you guys run projects over there but many businesses would fail with such inefficiency and foresight.

I continue to wait for an answer to my second email and/or a postcard from Basildon letting me know how my Dairies are enjoying their visit!
