It’s a roller coaster, very challenging as a first time reals estate but at the same time is a funny ride… enjoy learning from everyone and I’m looking forward to success in this work and our children have a better life now and the future 💕

Ouch. My husband & I are committed people with a track-record of success (he was a professional athlete & is a lawyer; I’m an entrepreneur). Thach’s no-nonsense approach was appealing to us so we invested in this group. After investing $5K you’d expect a little guidance, but I wound up watching videos on my own taking extensive notes & getting ready with questions… only to get a notification our initial call was CANCELED (the system literally emails you in CAPS…) - with a really long explanation about how the girl had a wisdom tooth removal a week prior and had stitch removal at that time. Not sure why the calendar wasn’t blocked but… No big deal, things happen. So we rescheduled. Then we got the CANCELED email AGAIN the night before our call. Again with a long, non-sensical explanation. We were dumbfounded why the person’s calendar wasn’t blocked off initially, but certainly after the first mistake. And on the second mistake, why not get someone to cover for you? Instead we were made to feel like we were jerks for doing what the program materials insisted we do: take action, get your calls scheduled.

Alas, when we canceled the program & asked for a refund, three different people took zero responsibility and pointed at the ‘wisdom teeth removal’ as a perfectly good reason for us to be treated like a fungible commodity. Note: the right answer on this one is “we take full responsibility for this on our end… the person should have blocked off their calendar. We will follow up with her on how to handle this situation in the future. It won’t happen again and here’s how we would like to make it right.” It’s called defusing the situation, instead of throwing gasoline on the fire by saying, “I think we can both agree that this person would have rather been meeting with you than hurting from a 911 surgery. It is what it is. You need us more than we need you.” Scaling is hard, but don’t send a million text reminders insisting your prospect show for their consultation and insist that they “not be the sort of person to no-show”… only to have your team do that to your clients. So disappointed.

This is an amazing group of people. The leadership is clearly at the top of their game, and provides inspiration support and motivation to get closer to our individual goals.

This is a great mentorship program that's held in a group environment. This is not a one on one with Thach but he is very much involved on most calls and his team is always there on the calls to help. This is isn't a get rich mentorship where Thach does the work for you or holds your hand. Thach and his team show you what they are doing and telling you what works and what doesn't and it's up to you to do the work. If you are not going to be a go getter don't waist your time getting this mentorship because you will end up saying this is a waist of time and money and Thach and his team don't deserve that. Compared to other mentor programs they all cost about the same it's just about who you want to join and follow.

Springboard to Wealth is a great mentorship program. Highly recommend for all new investors or agents who work with investors. I use so much of what I learned with Springboard for my personal investing, but also to connect with and work with investors. Thach, Marc, and Stephanie are the real deal. I was skeptical about signing up and paying for a mentorship program given that I think the industry & Instagram is flooded with a lot of garbage. However, this program provides you with the knowledge and direct access to achieve results. It's evident from others in the group who have completely changed their lives. You have to put in the work but coaching from Thach, Marc, and Stephanie provides the tools and resources you need. I specifically love the high standards they instill in us as members. Most would not think they are achievable in today's market but this group has shown me it is possible!

They really care about your success.

With this group they put the participants in front of all. Their encouragement and accountability comes from a deep drive to contribute and enrich the lives of others. It's a refreshing approach we need more of.

The Big Event was my first official experience with SBW & it blew my mind-- A real estate convention evolved into an empowering event. I've only been in this group a couple of months and have learned so much already! They do not treat you like a transaction, SBW Family treats you like family. Anyone can be a coach, but not everyone has the patience or desire to do it well. Thach, Stephanie, and Marc are the 3 musketeers you'll have to meet!

Thach is my real life hero! I joined the coaching calls and saw him patiently answering questions until they fully understand his answers. He doesn't make me think we are wasting his time for our silly questions. He is so different than other real estate coaches out there because he has a golden heart to help people, super motivational and his curse words are the highlight of the calls ;)
