My experience with Sports Direct’s customer service was incredibly disappointing. I asked a simple question about whether delivery charges to Cyprus include taxes or customs duties. The response I received was vague and contradictory, offering no clarity. One part of the reply claimed taxes were included, while another suggested I might need to pay them upon delivery.

For a company offering international shipping, it’s unacceptable that their customer service cannot provide a straightforward and accurate answer. This lack of transparency and professionalism has made me lose trust in their service.

Illegal pricing of items in store and no way to contact the store to resolve.
Online customer service used "the internet" to find a number to contact the store even after I told them it did not work.
Apparently their "customer service" involves not being able, or willing to help.
Zero stars would be a better assessment.

Multi million pound company and they still owe me money. I sent back some dry robes and only received a refund for some of them £80 when I had spent £140?!!

So not only have they got their products back at my expense (£15) they have also stolen £60 from me?! I have also provided photographic evidence of all the goods being packed and sent back. surprise Surprise you can’t speak to anyone and nobodies coming back to me via email. Wtf happened to customer service? Why is is always the little guy in business that suffers?

I bought a pair of trainers yesterday in a Sports Direct store. I tried them again at home and they just didn't fit right so I took them back today for a refund. Guess what, they do not do refunds, you have to accept a credit note. Only there is no sign that tells you that. The sign was (in my opinion) purposefully hidden behind a board so they could rob customers of their money and their rights. I took a picture of the sign, which if it had been visible and I would have read I would not have purchased the trainers. Clearly deceitful. DO NOT BUY FROM SPORTS DIRECT UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS BY THESE LYING CROOKS. I'm now stuck with a credit note from a store and brand I do not trust and do not want to do any business with.

Only gave 1 star as that’s the lowest level. How is this company still trading? Bought something on next day delivery, paid extra as it was a kit to wear to a funeral of the deceased’s much loved team. Nothing received, applied for a refund in July, case acknowledged in September saying they were very busy. Still no refund, utter garbage!

My order was at Evri the carrier for 6 days, bearing in mind that this was on a next day delivery from Evri. i tried to contact evri, the only communication is through a bot. after 2 days they inform me that there is an issue with the delivery and i need to contact Sports direct. 4 days of trying to communicate with Sports Direct, again only possible communication is through a bot. Today, 11 days after the original order was placed and paid for, today i'm told i have to wait another 14 days before my replacement order will be dispatched. absolutely appalling service from this company!!
UPDATE. After waiting the stipulated 14 days for the replacement order to be dispatched, i spent another hour on the chat bots etc, to be informed that the order has since been cancelled due to an issue in the warehouse. No notification or anything, only the fact im chasing the order again i find out this information. How can a company, this poorly organised, with such appalling communication and Customer Service survive!!!

Extremely terrible experience because of very poor communication no reply no direction no direct contact

To be honest not even one star minus
It’s a fake company and it’s in Thailand
