Sports-Hotels.com Omdömen

Many thanks to Dennis @ Sports Hotels for helping to smoothly deliver our club cycling holiday in April! With people coming and leaving at different times and different bike requirements I can't imagine we were the easiest group to fulfil but he did it with aplomb.

The hotel did everything it needed to do - spacious rooms (some of us kept bikes in our rooms rather than the bike garage), brilliant food and the "pay once" approach to drinks at dinner was really simple for everyone to so what they wanted to do cost effectively. The only negative was the functionality of some of the hotal track pumps in the garage but we soon managed to find some that worked properly.

Port de Pollensa was an amazing central place to cycle from and end or ride beers at Stay with the sea view were amazing. Dennis also provided us with some routes which we utilised (or used as a base for our rides) which was really helpful.

Would definitely use Sport Hotels next year - just need to decide where we want to go....

The trip was really well organised. Communication and planning from Dennis was excellent - he really knows a lot about the area, as well as the amenities, and accommodation options. Majorca is an excellent place to go for a cycling holiday with lots of options for routes as well as many iconic routes. Would definitely use sports-hotels.com again for another cycling trip.

Dennis made the process very easy from start to finish. He communicated well throughout the planning, always being quick to respond to our changing requests and delivered an outstanding trip for our group. The hotel was superb at MarSenses, bikes were great and everything ran smoothly. Made my life as a tour organiser a breeze!

Just back from our first cycling trip. Dennis made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. He recommended hotels, sourced bike hire, sent us bike route recommendations, last minute bike shuttle buses and so much more. It was so helpful to know we had someone just a text away at anytime we had a query and the whole thing ran extremely smoothly. We will definitely be back to use Dennis for more cycling holidays and recommend to all our friends. Thanks again!

Dennis at Sports-Hotels.com was our Knight in shining armour during our trip to Mallorca. He arranged our essential pool swim sessions at a wonderful hotel with fantastic heated salt water. He was always so quick to respond to any query and so willing to assist. Truly nothing this man can't arrange for your sport week away in Mallorca.

From the minute I contacted the company to enquire about our trip (thank you Dennis!!!) to the transfer home, our experience of Club La Santa has been absolutely incredible.
I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a fun, active holiday and experience sports they may never try at home. If i could award more than 5 stars I would!!! Best holiday we’ve ever had!

Barcelo active Lanzarote is a new combination of 2 hotels into one resort with excellent facilities. Activity programme needs a bit more co ordination as to what's happening where on site.
Dennis Snapper was most helpful in organising our holiday

Dennis understood our needs and responded very quickly to our requests. He also gave us several options to choose from with his comments

The service from Dennis was excellent from start to finish. He provided excellent ideas, was flexible when plans changed and very knowledgeable.
Plan to use the service again, made finding just teh right place and every aspect of the experience better and easier.
Thank you.

Dennis at Sports-Hotels was very quick to answer all my email queries. It was good to have a connection to someone who has visited a variety of resorts and who could make recommendations based on experience. I very much enjoyed my stay and appreciated the recommendation to rent a car while on Fuertaventura - this really made my time there extra enjoyable. Dennis also liaised with the hotel when I was having difficulty getting a straight response from them regarding information on their website. I would recommend Sports-Hotels.com to other travellers.

Had a amazing trip thanks to Dennis and his experience

100% will be back next year.

Very nice hotel with fabulous views and a very healthy hearty breakfast. Beautiful pool. So many activities though you do have to book some, in person, an app might be useful. Restaurant food on-site was varied and good. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return.

excellent pre trip organisation, understanding our needs and providing options (small group of 3)
excellent communication - rapid response, answering queries, good follow up.
Am also using for larger group trip in 2023 ( over 15 people)

I wouldn't normally book a hotel through a third party, but in this case I was able to ask questions and find the best hotel for our needs without paying any extra. In fact we possibly paid a little less. Dennis took care of everything and we were very happy with the bike rental that he organised. I would definitely take this route again.

Dennis at the sports hotel was extremely helpful in bringing our trip together. Sports hotel arranged accommodation, airport transfer and bike hire. Each element was great. Dennis helped plan some routes and was also on hand to help with any questions.
I would definitely recommend using sports hotels for any cycling holidays and I look forward to booking again soon.

Everything was helpful with dennis and he really gave us a good options for our trip but unfortunately we are unable to make it.
Thank you for the help and let’s hope so we meet soon.

Dennis went above and beyond to help us and he had organised a great trip that we will not forget.

We will definitely book through Sports-Hotels again and we have no hesitation recommending Dennis to help organise your holiday.

Dennis was very professional and friendly. Very responsive to our questions and sorting out our requirements which were all very last minute.
Even when we were away and had a few questions he went above and beyond to help ensure everything was as it should be.
Thank you for your service and we would thoroughly recommend you.

I had a great trip organised by Dennis. The hotel was of a high standard and the bike was excellent. This particular hotel, which is adult only did have an older class of guests, some very old.
Also i rented a car, which was cheaper than getting a taxi from Palma airport, but the Hotel does offer a shuttle service.

The bike i ordered through Northwind cycles was delivered to me the night i arrived and also picked up after i had left, the service was great.

I would definitely come back and book through Sports-Hotels again
