SPORTLUX Omdömen

Great service all round. Prompt responses to queries. Very clear instructions for ticket downloads. Excellent facilities and seats at the THFC stadium. Would recommend!

I was blown away by the whole experience. SPORTLUX handled everything perfectly and we received the tickets 3 days before the game.

The seats were great, the food was amazing and we won handsomely so all in all a perfect day.

The seats and views from the halfway line were incredible. Lounge food and set up is great. Directions for use and communication from SportLux was top class.

I loved the VIP experience, our seats were incredible, the food was really good and everyone made me feel very welcome.

What a night. Was a bit apprehensive as I didn’t get the 4 tickets on the date agreed, and thoughts ran through my head about being a scam. Worry not as a quick phone call put everything at ease. What a slick operation from start to finish. Great night, great seats and great experience. Everyone wanted to know who I booked with and thought it was really expensive. But it wasn’t and I’m definitely going again.
I’d like to thank everyone at Sportlux. Job very well done guys.

My clients loved it good food great seats .

Great seats (fabulous view) and every thing else brilliant. I guess the result and weather helped but Sportlux were excellent and I will happily use them again.

Always get what you pay for and more. Well worth the additional cost for this package for the great seat and food etc. Much calmer, quicker service for food and drinks, quieter, especially for the upgraded halfway line option on the lower tier!

Always professional, extremely efficient and super helpful - makes the whole process of sourcing tickets/hospitality packages and arranging events so much easier. Have been using Sportlux for a few years now and would not go elsewhere. Very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

My family and I had a great time at the Manchester City game. Sportlux was great to work with. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The tickets arrived well in advance of the game with an itinerary and detailed instructions for the evening. The seats were excellent and the hospitality suite was wonderful.

SportLux took care of everything, total turnkey.
They took care of tickets, transportation and helped with where to stay and what to see. Couldn’t be happier. A trusted group.

Used this company several times, and it never disappoints! I got me and my family tickets to the Spurs v Arsenal game and it was an unforgettable experience. Will use them again when I come back to England. Thank you Will 🙌

I can't say enough good things about Sportlux and our experience at last week's Spurs vs. Arsenal game. We were coming from Canada to celebrate my father's 80th birthday so a lot was riding on the tickets being delivered as promised and providing smooth access to the venue. Was I nervous? Yes. Was there a need to be? No. The tickets worked just like David described and we enjoyed an unforgettable experience at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (East Premium Section) complete with some great food before the event and drinks at halftime.
We had an absolute blast and have been buzzing since we left and returned to Canada. There is no question that we'll be sure to use Sportlux and their services for any game like this in the future.

Came from Carribean to watch a game and I have to admit the experience was memerable and the seats were fantastic. Got the tickets exactly when they said i would and I was able to communicate with them easily each time I called. I would recommend SportLux 1000 percent for anyone looking to enjoy a premier league game

We purchased halfway line tickets to see Spurs vs Man City at an eye watering price of $900 each. In addition to stellar seats, we were promised food and a drink at halftime.

The game was unfortunately postponed due to the FA Cup. They offered us tickets to see this new fixture which we accepted since we had already booked our flights and they refused to give us a refund.

I just received the tickets and they are behind the goal instead of at the halfway line. The tickets also don’t include any food or drink. The tickets also have the retail price of £400 on them. Sportlux haven’t responded to any requests for compensation.

Overpriced and no customer service. They don’t care about you once they have your money.

Extreamly helpful and accommodating. Always quick to reply and come back on questions. Coming from Sweden and attending a game that was moved several times William at Sportlux helped us out in a way that is far more than you can expect. We are for sure coming back to Sportlux the next time we will go to the UK for football.

Loved the early entry time. Food was top notch. Lines were quick. Facilities were super clean. The whole atmosphere felt sophisticated. Service was excellent.

Erstklassige Tickets, fairer Preis, unkomplizierter Abläufe und ein toller Event. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

I traveled to London with a family of 5 and wasn't able to purchase 5 tickets together from any of the Premier league teams that were playing that weekend. I was skeptical to go through a 3rd party, but was comforted that SportLux was a preferred partner of the club. Everything was legit and as described, great experience!

Good communication and easy transaction. William was helpful, patient and reassuring. SportLux was great!
