Great day out at the cricket
All of the staff were super friendly, helpful and approachable. View of the pitch was really good and the outdoor seating was very comfy.
Timing of the guest speakers was a little off as they were rushed due to cricket starting, but I understand this is sometimes out of your control.

A special mention to Tracey too, we'll make sure your lovely comments about her customer service are passed on.

Enjoyed oursevles
Service was brilliant as normal with a great team .
Compared to previous years our group did feel that the food options had been downgraded a little with fewer choices. This is what prevents us giving it a 5 star grading
The suite is amazing - very comfortable with great views on the match.

It's great to hear you enjoyed yourselves and that our team once again provided the brilliant service you've come to expect. We're also delighted that the comfort of the suite and those fantastic views of the match continue to be highlights for your group.
We really appreciate your honest comments about the food. As returning guests, your comparison with previous years is particularly valuable, and we're sorry you felt there was less variety on offer this time. We'll make sure your feedback around the choice of dishes is passed on to our catering team for consideration at future events.
It's always a pleasure to welcome returning guests, and we hope to see you and your group back with us for another enjoyable occasion soon!

A great rememberable experience
Great service, very welcoming really friendly and nice being in the shade. Superb view of the start / finish line and a really relaxed atmosphere, would be 5* with more breakfast options and a more detailed dress code as I followed what was on the invitation and felt very overdressed (wearing a blazer and oxford shirt and chinos) compared to most who were in shorts and t shirts

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear you had a memorable experience and enjoyed the warm welcome from our team, the relaxed atmosphere, the shaded lounge, and the fantastic views of the start/finish line.
We also really appreciate your suggestions. It's helpful to know you would have liked a wider selection of breakfast options, and we're sorry the dress code guidance left you feeling overdressed on the day. Your comments about making this clearer in our pre-event information are incredibly valuable, and we'll be sure to share them with the relevant team as we continue to improve the guest experience.
Thank you again for your balanced and constructive review. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.

Excellent day at Goodwood Festival
Excellent day at Goodwood Festival of Speed
Booked the Pegasus Lounge for the Saturday through Corinthian Sports and it was well worth it. The location in the Moss Pavilion gives a great elevated view of the start line and first corner, and having a comfortable base with food and drinks throughout the day made a long day much easier. Parking was included and close by, which saved a lot of time on arrival.
Communication beforehand was quick and helpful, and Taylor answered all my questions and sorted the booking without any fuss. Everything ran exactly as described on the day.
Would happily book with Corinthian again.

Everything was good except we had 12 persons on our table ,& there were 10 one side & 8 near the window, 12 was a little cramp & we took turns to eat etc

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear you enjoyed the day overall.
We're sorry, however, that the table layout left you feeling cramped. We appreciate that having 12 guests at one table made it difficult for everyone to dine comfortably, and it's disappointing to hear that some of your party had to take turns eating.
As is common within our hospitality suites, tables of varying sizes are used to accommodate different group bookings. That said, we completely understand your comments and will share your feedback with our events team as we continue to review seating arrangements for future events.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more comfortable experience next time.

Access really terrible, experience great once in
The layout, the staff, the refreshments and food and the seating were fantastic. The speakers were entertaining and everything was very good - once we got in.
Getting in with a real problem. The email indicated that we could access from 12 but in fact we were not allowed until 1230. When we were allowed in there was a significant delay of queueing as there were insufficient people processing the entry of the guests into the Pegasus lounge. Overall, this meant that it took an hour from arriving at the ground to being seated comfortably, with no access to facilities or refreshments, which is unacceptable.
Best

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We're really pleased to hear that, once you were inside, you had a great experience and enjoyed the lounge layout, the hospitality, the food and refreshments, the seating and the guest speakers.
We're very sorry, however, that your day got off to such a frustrating start. The confusion around the advertised entry time, followed by the lengthy queues and delays accessing the Pegasus Lounge, is not the experience we want any of our guests to have. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to spend so much time waiting without access to the facilities or refreshments.
Your comments are extremely valuable, and we'll be sharing them with our operations team to review both the pre-event communication and the entry process so we can improve the arrival experience for future events.
We appreciate your honest and balanced feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for the seamless experience you should have received from the moment you arrived.
