Was a great day out. Shame my team lost but the experience at the stadium was awesome

The hospitality was over subscribed (no programme or drinks) and untrained staff at the stadium.
Firstly the staff sent us to the general hospitality area which was incredibly busy. We thought it wasn’t correct so checked with a member of staff and we were in the wrong place. We were sent to a lower floor and this area wasn’t so busy but we had lost time by being sent to the wrong area beforehand. My son asked for a programme and they had already all gone. No arrival drinks but a complimentary drink during half time. When the half time whistle went we returned to the hospitality area and all the drinks had already gone and were taken by those that didn’t watch the first half end of play, which didn’t seem very fair. We queued for hot drinks. The queue wasn’t moving and had a few families waiting. The staff advised that they had ran out of hot water. This was very poor planning given it was a very cold day and fairly obvious a rush of hot drinks would be ordered at half time. The seats were good but the hospitality experience wasn’t worth it.

Super easy to order and the tickets came quickly with good explanation of how our day would take place.

Amazing seats and a fantastic atmosphere for me and my 10-year-old son. We had an unforgettable experience at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

We was a group of 5 which included our youngest grandson who was only 16 months old. The site team was amazing in ensuring that we and in particular our grandson had a fantastic day… absolutely fantastic

A great hospitality experience at Tottenham. Good food, good seats and an enjoyable atmosphere. Would really recommend!

Seats were excellent as previously requested were placed in a block nearer halfway line. Hospitality inside Bars takes some getting used and not enough initial information as a first timer but going forward is easy to get used to once you are familiar with how it works. Word of advice is to arrive early as seats in the bar areas are full very early. Overall a good experience made better by meeting the legend that is Gary Mabbutt

Amazing hospitality experience. Was very easy booking with Sportlux. Would recommend and use again. Shame you can’t control the result. But that is Spurs 😂🤦🏼‍♂️

This time we had good seats on half way line lower tier.
Greetings, food and drinks all top class.

Very helpful staff who were around in large numbers. Disappointed with the complimentary food - choice was limited and cold fish fingers, possibly not fully cooked because of the demand, served in a taco was not appetising at all. Whilst I do not eat beef, one of the service areas closed because they had run out. Poor. Seats were fine but nothing to shout about.

Dealing with Sportlux is easy, efficient and hassle free.
They do what they say and ive never had a bad experience.
