Sporting Cutlery is part of the family run STS (North Wales) Ltd umbrella company. Our company was founded in 1964 and is based on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales.
We pride ourselves on keeping the strong family values that established the company all those years ago. We understand that our customers deserve fairness and honesty along with standard core values that we all expect in our daily lives.
At Sporting Cutlery, we work to ensure that all products are covered by a guarantee. The majority of the products we stock are covered by a manufacturers guarantee, however, even where warranties are not immediately evident, Sporting Cutlery will warranty product faults on the majority of items.
We use a number of trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, APC Overnight and TNT to ensure that your order is delivered in good time and order. Wrong knife sent
Ordered an A. Wright 108 Buffalo Peach Pruner pocket knife. What I got was a Lambsfoot blade. Not a Peach Pruning blade. Delivery was excellent but what a disappointment!

Unable to log in with my password despite letting the company know and no contact since to determine what has gone wrong. Also. no update as to progress of order placed which is still showing as being in my basket even though I have paid for it.

Good Afternoon Mr Addison. Further to your request by telephone for assistance, a message was left on your mobile for an update to help with the issue you were having with regards to your password. We have since tried to contact you using the landline number you have provided with your order. This number would seem to be no longer in service. Please contact us directly so that we can assist with the log in issues you have been experiencing. We do not use email to deal with security issues.
With regards to your order, the item was out of stock when the order was placed (as noted on the item prior to purchase). My colleague emailed you directly, explaining the item would be shipped once it was back in stock. The estimated time frame given was one week from placing your order. As this time has not elapsed, we did not offer any further updates. The item will remain in your basket until it can be processed with available stock.
I apologise if you feel that we have not treated your log in issues correctly. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this for you.

The service I received from Deborah from Sporting Cutlery was excellent. I purchased a gardening knife for Father’s Day. As I recently got married and had changed the name on my bank card my transaction did not complete properly. Just as I realised that my bank card had my maiden name still on it, Deborah called me to make sure I was ok as she had received an email with my issue regarding my transaction which I thought was so prompt and efficient. When I explained I had realised the problem she was so lovely and friendly on the phone. I also couldn’t believe how fast the gardening knife arrived. Will definitely recommend this company again. Excellent service all round. Pam Harvey x
