Very useful piece of kit. The basic counter and the lap timer both work well in the pool. I needed to replace my first basic counter as its waterproofing did not survive a battery change. Next time I’... Se mer

Top notch service

item gets 5 stars price a 4
The item gets 5 stars. It seems a little expensive at £30, it includes delivery but that's a couple of quid. You can buy Fitbit type watches for that price, but all I wanted was to keep a track on my lengths. I've only used it once but it worked perfectly and it was comfortable. I kept a track on my lengths to be sure but it tallied up. You can feel the press so are sure its registered the lap. So the next time I swim I wont be counting as I have trust that it will do the intended job. If the battery lasts the year then I'll be happy.

The delivery time was a littlebit long.
The delivery time was a littlebit long.
I was surprised when the post service provider of my country costed 6€ more. I paid in advance and I believed that this payment includes all the postal costs. Anyway it was not such a big problem.
The product is nice and works good.

I ordered the stopwatch and it never arrived
I ordered the stopwatch and it never arrived at Portugal. I requested a refund and Mark (customer service) immediately accepted.
However, I wanted the watch and not the money. :(

Outstanding Customer Service
SportCount Lap Counter & Timer Chrono 200
This is a great item, I did a lot of research before choosing this particular lap counter and it does not disappoint. Highly recommended. Unfortunately the item did go missing in the post but Sportcount Europe responded very quickly to my email and a replacement was sent out immediately. The customer service was outstanding. Hi John, thank you very much for leaving us a positive review, it is much appreciated. I hope you are finding your SportCount helpful and that it is benefitting your training. Thanks again, Mark
Fantastic piece of kit!
I have been using finger counters from Sportcount for a number of years. For a distance pool swimmer who does not like to wear anything on a wrist they are perfect. I have recently bought another two direct from their website which was cheaper than going though a big online retailer plus quick delivery. Battery lasts for ages and are best changed via a watch repairer to keep it water tight. Fantastic piece of kit!

Hi Joanne, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and also for using our products over a number of years. We also sell on a well known online retailer but since they charge a large fee we are able to provide customers coming direct with a much more affordable price. Thanks again and best of luck with your training. Mark
