Dear Maggie, I have replied privately to your email. You sent the email when we were closed on the evening of Tuesday 11th November and gave 1 star the following morning I replied the next working day. I have checked and have emailed you a copy of your shipping label which contains the tracking reference number. You should have received this automatically at the point of booking. I have checked it and can see an attempt to deliver your order was made today (12th Dec) but nobody was home. In this circumstance Royal Mail will normally leave a card with instructions on what to do next. I trust this resolves the issue however if you need any further support do not hesitate to let me know. Yours sincerely, Mark Tinsley Director www.sportcount-europe.com

Great, reliable, easy-to-use counter.
I purchased this lap counter after buying a cheap one that let me down on the second swim. Have done six swims so far with this counter and love it. Easy to use and so far, reliable. My only concern is that it says you have to send it to USA to have the battery replaced! Really?
