Did not pay car servicing charge on time which led me go back empty hand. Spend extra money in uber to go back home. How can they say their credit card is overlimit . Now i cannot do uber for 4 days as splend office is closed till sunday

Simon was very helpful to me this morning. He helped me with the onboarding process, explained everything in detail. There was a scratch on the car. He helped me clear that without any charge which is very much appreciated.
He also helped my wife get through the additional driver process with ease.

This company.they are not trustable.they sent my insurance 2 days late .that is why I couldn’t work on bolt!! They don’t kwivfit to let change tyre till all strings come out which it is illegal to drive( I got all photo and video proofs). If you had accident they don’t do payment plan to £1000 eccces even they don’t give you time to pay for it otherwise they don’t swap cars!!! Don’t be regret later so don’t get from car this company. Even they don’t answer customer service on phone!!!

On the same day I visited the Splend office to seek clarification and support regarding the stolen vehicle, Ms. Chevonne took the time to personally assist us. She was incredibly helpful in addressing the ongoing issues we were facing and demonstrated that Splend had indeed been actively following up with the towing company about the vehicle’s status.
Ms. Chevonne went above and beyond in helping us resolve the challenges related to the replacement car, and in assisting us as we go through the next steps regarding the stolen vehicle. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made a real difference during a stressful time.

Hi Splend, I have been trying to reach out for updates on the stolen vehicle under Splend but no one seems to be able to assist for updates and on the next process. It is very different assistance and support offered as compared to when I was getting the vehicle to start my agreement. Both overseas number and Splend Melbourne is saying Claims Team will assist but they said Claims team does not take phone calls, and until now no one is reaching out even for just an update. The police has said it is ready to be picked up since 26th of June but there is still no update from Splend, no reply from emails, issues with the replacement car and I am unable to drive, and still being charged the same weekly amount rigorously. Why does it feel like when issues as this arise, no one from Splend seems to care and reaches out to us? Where do we go from here? This leaves us feeling helpless. I hope no company aims to give that support to their customers.

They luck humanity and compassion, they treat their partners without any consideration no matter how hard and critical the situation is. Secondly they are not honest, they ask drivers to refer others, they promise £200.00 and they don’t honour their promises

I am writing this review specifically about the Splend Melbourne Hub. If I'm being completely honest Splend as an organisation (not including Splend Melbourne Hub) need to pull up their socks. Their customer service and customer communication at times has been/is very poor, at best perhaps a 3 out of 5 ranking. They have some extreme policies and procedures and zero tolerance in areas that may not realistically require zero tolerance. (In my humble opinion)
In complete contrast to this though are the staff working at the Splend Melbourne Hub. My experience here has been a 5 star experience at all times; they are completely professional, experts in their field and will genuinely do whatever is possible to help their customers. My dealings with Splend outside of the Melbourne Hub gave me cause to develop mistrust. The fact that after dealing with the staff and manager at Melbourne Hub I can actually trust 100% that Spend Melbourne Hub will do what they can to help says a lot.
The rest of Splend should lift their game to match the level of service being exhibited by the staff and manager at Splend Melbourne Hub. Word. Peace!
