Products were good but getting a refund for undelivered items is not easy! I have sent multiple reminders and still nothing.

No proper response to customers also late delivery

Arrived the next day and was still fresh.

Great support in call when we the products r not shown in online to order and delivery is very fast

My experience with Spice Bazar.uk wasn’t good. I had ordered Gobindobhog rice and they sent Ambemohar. I tried to call them, but the call was never answered. I left voice messages, but there was no call back. Careless work and a callous attitude towards customers.

Unfortunately, karela and bhindi were completely rotten. Really bad quality this time, very disappointing. I also called and complained but didn’t hear back. I would like a refund pls.

Hello!! just received my first order from you to luton!!! "IMPRESSIVE" I am very impressed with the efficient communications and range of indian groceries, spices, pooja materia, also specially ordered meat pickle😋 they made it with love and the spice levels that my palate crave for, what not and I must mention about the speed of delivery its free if we order above 50 pounds. The costs are all upfront and clear, the packaging is excellent. How nice to deal with a company like yours. Now i dont have to search for indian groceries here and there but just a click away.

Quality and Speed Service :
It was very good experience with spice Bazar where the quality of goods are pretty nice and faster service

I ordered some indian groceries, i got good quality products

We placed order few weeks back still awaiting to receive the items. No response to emails / calls. Lost 50£ and really unhappy.

The company policy says the items ordered after 1 pm Thursday are delivered on Tuesday. We didn’t even receive any confirmations of shipments or order leaving till Wednesday. All numbers are wrong on website. When tried to call and email constantly they called and said it was their mistake and they will dispatch order now and we will receive in by Thursday which was next say. WHEN WE RECEIVED THE ORDER WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED, THE FLOUR BAG WAS BROKEN AND BOX WAS TORN OFF AND IT WAS IN HORRIBLE CONDITION AND UNHYGIENIC. We were told they will send complimentary stuff due to their delay but we received nothing other than what we order (which was not even the same brand that we ordered and that they display)

Never received my order and shop did not refund me
Stay away do not buy

This is a scam fake website, it's been one week since my order, the contact number on the website doesn't work, the whatsapp number doesn't even have whats app account and the number you see on this page on the right panel goes to some other business, I have emailed but no response. Where is my Order #3139 ??? Is there a way I can notify the authorities about this fraud?
