The cleaner did not speak English and…
The cleaner did not speak English and just barely German. Cleaning was not very good; he had no idea what cleaning solutions were for (e.g., cleaning wood with bathroom cleanser). He almost killed our fish by trying to clean the aquarium with bleach - but was stopped in time. He did not clean after himself - he just left a pile of used paper towels in every room and shifter furniture all over. He did not have an understanding of hygiene - he used the same towel that he used for WC to clean the kitchen. It definitely became cleaner, but would not use again, despite organizing through webpage was good.

We asked for a deep cleaning, plus oven and windows. The cleaning was very efficient. The cleaning lady was very kind and careful. She managed to clean everything on time, even if we asked for the two extras (oven+windows). Everything was perfect and sparkling clean!

2 ladies took 2 hours to clean nothing.
Later me and my wife cleaned the whole house because of mess that they did.

I am satisfied with the cleaning, they did everything they asked for, they cleaned the oven, microwave, and refrigerator very well. Everything looks pretty clean!

Excellent
First time we booked a cleaning service in Austria so we didn't know what to expect. We booked a deep cleaning and Christina was super efficient. She did the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen which was more than we expected. She managed to get the grease stains off the kitchen cabinets, cleaned the hot water kettle and even the window sill and windows. Highly recommend!
